Pro: Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice. The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. You could really feel the love, care, and attention to detail the host couple put into every corner of the house. The owners were incredibly kind, sweet, and accommodating. Their communication was always prompt and clear. They even kindly allowed us to store our luggage on the ground floor after check-out, which made our last day of sightseeing so much easier and more relaxed. We had a very comfortable and peaceful rest here. If our family ever gets the chance to return to Venice, we would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pro: So clean and full facilities, location is so good just few minutes from main bus stop and right beside water taxi and water bus. Everything you could think of in a proper stars hotel, they all provide, even more. we came in mid night, they had been so kindly to wait for us, not only handover key, also show us how to use everything, they were so nice to let us late check out. They showed us how to travel the whole city and handy transport. Additionally it’s really comfortable to stay, beds are comfortable. Room has central heat, it’s not damp at all. It’s ideal for family of 4 or 5. As it’s high ceilings room, so the space feels more bigger and fresher air.

Handy to train station & vaporetto

Pro: Everything you would need for a short-term stay is provided. Beds are super comfortable & the apartment is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. Alessandra & Joseph are extremely helpful & explained everything. We accidentally locked ourselves out just before our train was due to leave but Joseph was super quick to get to the apartment to let us in & we caught the train with 2 minutes to spare

Pro: The location is superb, so convenient to move around. Joseph & Alessandra are a very pleasant and warm couple who waited & welcomed us to their home. Rooms are warm & beds are comfortable to sleep on. We highly recommended their home for a nice holiday stay in Venice !

Pro: The hosts are very kind and well explain about the apartment. The rooms are exellent to me because ist has luggage chairs for each of us.
