Pro: Struttura in posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutte le attrattive.

Centrale e pulita

Pro: Posizione ottima in centro, casa pulita, sala ampia, cucina ben attrezzata

Contro: Una stanza da letto non ha le tende scurenti, il lettino da campeggio per il bebè non era attrezzato di lenzuolini e materasso, le scale affiancate non da una ringhiera ma da fili abbastanza pericolosi, avendo noi un bimbo.

Pro: Very well located in proximity to small shops: butcher, bakery and a supermarket too. We went end of March and the place was very quite. There are few nice bars at the end of the street. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

Contro: The shower could be better. But overall I have a 10/10 because it’s quite minor compare to the cleanliness, quietness and the location.

Very pleasant, clean and friendly.

Pro: We loved the timely communication and arrangements from the host. We knew exactly what to do on arrival. The location is central and we could easily walk to restaurants, shops and Water Taxis/Water Bus. St Mark Square was close enough to walk to.

Contro: The true representation of the Loft (upstairs bedroom) does not really show how low the ceiling is. It is not suitable for adults, only for young children (the steep stairs would be a problem then and unsafe for children). Adults can’t stand up straight in that room. You even to struggle to sit on the beds without hitting your head against the ceiling beams. We had to sit on the floor.

Pro: Very beautiful appartment, lot of space for our family, chandaliers in every room...

A lovely place to stay

Pro: Beautiful apartment, good location v near St Mark’s Square etc. Comfortable, good air con, good facilities in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable too. Excellent contact with host via WhatsApp, prompt communication. Easy self-check in.

Contro: The 2 beds up in the loft - v nice room but the beds are directly under the beams and my 14 & 18 year olds had to be very careful not to bang their heads. (Note - this apartment is not suitable if you can’t do stairs.) Apart from this, we were delighted with our stay.

Amazing location and fab property

It is a very nice and classic Venice house. It is clean, spacious and good to stay.

Pro: I like the classic decoration of the house. The view from the window is a typical Venice street scene. The kitchen is well equipped.

Contro: There is only one very old wall attached hair dryer in washroom which is not convenient.

Pro: Good location if dont like center, nia 1st floo is good restoran. Big flat nice dizain. Wash dish and all for cooking. TV in all room. Good bed. Very good for family.

Contro: I need glas for vine. It was in buffet wisaut key.

Great value for money

Pro: location, near great places, yet quiet neighborhood with small necessity-shops.
