Great stay in new, clean and cool appartment.
Pro: The location, close to the city centre but not in the city centre, was great. It's a short 10 minute walk from the water(boat) to the appartment. The appartment has really all the facilities. The airconditioning was working very wel (three units, each room has it's own). It can be hot in the city, so coming home in a cool appartment was worth a lot for us.
Contro: There was nothing to complain about.

A wonderful location for some privacy, but also close walking distance to popular destinations.
Pro: The location was great! The apartment was perfect for what we needed (family of 5). The host was very kind and helpful in suggesting ideas. We also enjoyed the small restaurant/bar a few steps away where some of the local would hang out. It was easy for us to walk to many of the destinations on our list. Would definitely stay again.

Pro: The location was perfect, near the centre but not crowded. The apartment is cleand with spatious rooms and two bathrooms. It had all the amenitites we needed for our stay. Everything was great, and the host helped us with all we needed.

Beautiful apartment in a nice area
Pro: Beautifully decorated spacious apartment in a nice area, garden with artificial grass but this still made it so much nicer than just a stone floor, our little sog enjoyed sunbathing in the backyard, very comfortable beds, walk-in showers, great to have two bathrooms, plenty of dishes in the kitchen, very clean apartment, not too dark for a ground floor apartment, nice restaurants nearby and a little supermarket opposite the house, walking distance to San Marco appr. 15 minutes, but so nice to be away from the crowded tourist spots. Our host Gaia was very friendly, communication was perfect and check in and check out were super easy.
Contro: Pressure in both showers was a little low and it would have been great to have more than one outlet in the kitchen to be able to use more than one device at the same time (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave) but this did not affect our stay negatively. They charge 30 € extra for a check in after 7 pm which was communicated transparently before. The city tax was calculated incorrectly on booking.com but they have adjusted it (it is a maximum charge of 5 days, 5 € per day and person even though you stay longer). They requested credit card details as safety which is fine however they should not have requested the cvv. Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay and liked the apartment.

A estadia perfeita em Veneza
Pro: De todo o apartamento.Muito confortável, com excelente temperatura,e com tudo o necessário para aproveitar em pleno o apartamento.Camas e almofadas bem confortáveis,bastante espaço para guardar a roupa.Uma boa TV..Casas de banho com tudo o necessário desde shampoo ao papel higiénico.Boa pressão do duche. Cozinha bem equipada de utensílios, E com máquina de lavar loiça. Boa insonorização.e muito bem decorado. Cortesia de azeite, vinagre,cápsulas para a nexpresso .2 águas no frigorifico, detergente da loiça,quer para manual como para a máquina. O facto de ser 1 r/c para nós foi muito importante. 1 pequeno super poucos metros à frente. Aconselho bastante, para quem vier visitar Veneza. Transporte público de e para o Aeroporto Marco Polo não muito distante,o que nos permitiu visitar também Murano e Burano.
Contro: Gostei de tudo

Pro: L'emplacement est très bien, au calme tout en étant proche du centre. L'appartement est très bien conçu, agréable et fonctionnel. Nous étions une famille de 5, les enfants avaient leur partie à eux et nous la nôtre.
Contro: Nous aurions apprécié une meilleure communication pour notre arrivée. Bien qu'ayant prévenu de l'heure de notre arrivée, nous avons su à la dernière minute que nous allions attendre 1h avant d'avoir les clefs ce qui n'est pas très agréable avec les valises et le froid, de plus l'agent est arrivé avec un bon quart d'heure de retard. Pour le départ, c'est pratique car il suffit de laisser les clefs. Un bémol également pour la douche qui n'a aucun débit, très dur de laver de longs cheveux épais. Des points de détail qui n'enlèvent en rien la qualité du logement.

Pro: Lokalizacja korzystna. Śniadanka jedliśmy na mieście lub przygotowywaliśmy sami.
Contro: Jedynie to że nie mogliśmy przedłużyć ostatniej doby z g. 10 na 2 - 3 godziny dłużej lub zostawić bagażu

Pro: Lokalizacja super (blisko do przystanku Celestia, sklepików spożywczych). Spokojna, zaciszna okolica. Blisko do Pl. Św. Marka. Budynek i klatka schodowa nie zachęca, ale apartament bardzo ładny, utrzymany w starym stylu, ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Składa się jakby z dwóch połączonych mieszkań, co daje swobodę rodzinie z większymi dziećmi, lub znajomym. Wewnętrzny ogród daje możliwość zjedzenia posiłków przy dużym stole. Niestety trawa i ścianka zieleni szuczna, ale w Wenecji zieleni jest mało, Trawnik sztuczny, ale mięciutki, strarannie wymyty na nasz przyjazd.
Contro: Zaniedbana klatka schodowa
