Far from the madding crowd⁹

Pro: Cottage had all we needed, quiet, good cooking and washing facilities. Air conditioning was essential at times and worked well. Location was great, near public boat service, supermarket and 10 minutes to more central area of island. Leonardo and team most helpful in getting us there and offering assistance if needed throughout stay ( not needed).

Contro: Garden furniture could be cleaner and sunshade made usable - too hot to sit outside with no shade. But otherwise we had no issues about accommodation. It took us a few days to fathom the water services to travel around, can't buy tickets for public transport from nearby boarding point so next time buy the tickets in advance.

For the ultimate Venetian experience, Anna's Garden Venice is a perfect spot for all you could want!

Pro: -The property is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Venice. -There is a supermarket only 2 mins walk away from the property - a Conad. -The host is friendly and extremely helpful with any questions and requests one may have. -The facilities are clean, tidy, and all you could want - the kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/plates etc. -The property is secure and feels safe. -There is a vaporetto (public water bus) station (Sant' Alvise) just 2 mins walk away. -Nice local cafes, bakeries, and bars in the area. -Fantastic air conditioning system.

Contro: -For people who are coming to Venice for the Venice Film Festival, the property is quite far away from the Lido. But this is not a fault of the property; it is just something to be aware of. -The public water bus services can be quite expensive at €9.50 per trip. But again, this has nothing to do with the property itself; it is just a note about Venice in general.

Pro: The space and the garden were outstanding for Venice. The location near to railway and vaporetto were great.

Contro: Small things could be added such as powder for washing machine (now had to buy full bottle for 1 washing) and a towel to dry the dishes

Great stay in Canareggio

Pro: Comfy apartment in Canareggio, close to S Alvise vaporetto station. The place was very quiet and sparkling clean and has all the amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning...). It's in a very quiet area, far from the hustle and bustle of the center, but everything is within easy reach, either by a short walk or by vaporetto. The renter was very welcoming and really made a great effort to help me feel at home!

Pro: Perfect house for family rest! Inside you can find all for living and rest. Excellent location.
