Fantastic apartment in a great location. Highly recommend!

Pro: This apartment is beautifully designed with all the amenities you need. It's located directly above a gondola stop so you can pop over to San Marco for 2euro. There's a fabulous bar close by called Adagio and a bakery one minute walk for pastries in the morning. The host messaged us while there to see if we needed anything - but we didn't! I would highly recommend this place as it's close to everything and yet out of the noise of the crowds.

Pro: It is lovely and modern and all works as expected. Excellent. My only minor things - I would have loved a set of drawers, there was a lot of dust on the glass surfaces - please remind the cleaner to dust them. We got severely bitten with mossies. Maybe we shd have realised….. that is Venice for you - the flat is quiet - WiFi excellent and the water works as you wd expect - having stayed in Venice before may times- that is not always the case!

Amazing property with luxurious design and ample space

Pro: It is a beautiful property located in a nice neighborhood close to the center but not in the middle of the touristic area where you can hardly walk. It was a perfect solution for us. Having more space inside the property vs a hotel also was good given we stayed a number of days and had a lot of clothing etc to store. And the design is amazing, beautifully decorated and well taken care of, the property is very nice.

Contro: The property beat our expectations so we were overall happy. Only things that could be better 1) the heating was not yet on because it is early October so we were snuggly most of the time at nights and 2) while the property had all amenities plenty and restocked we would have liked disposable slippers. All other dispensable items were well provided.

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, is closed to city centre 10 min walk , close to the ferry station as well . We wished to stay a little bit longer .

Pro: Fantastic location, right on the grand canal, with a gondola at the door, or the water ferry just around the corner. Whisper quiet at night. Funky design, super comfy bed, very clean apartment, had all amenities (washing machine, ironing board etc) Perfect space for a couple. Had a fabulous stay.

Contro: Bookings.com app wasn’t really working when trying to communicate with host. Very difficult to get messages to them.
