Perfetto

Pro: Posizione perfetta. Struttura identica alle foto con tutto ciò che serve per soggiornare in tranquillità. Check in perfetto comodissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Contro: L’unica pecca sono le zanzare poiché non ci sono zanzariere.

Venezia d'inverno e' godibile al meglio

Pro: Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben strutturato, molto ben arredato e dotato di buoni confort. Posizione tranquillissima e sufficientemente vicina al centro.

Contro: Il secondo bagno e' veramente molto piccolo. La casa si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore.

Pro: Posizione centrale. Appartamento accogliente e comodo per famiglie.

Contro: 4 piani senza ascensore non comodissimo per bambini e persone in là con l'età

Siamo stati benissimo

Pro: Ottima la posizione. Eccellenti le dimensioni dell’appartamento.

Contro: Troppo poca la pressione della doccia, sarebbe meglio migliorarla. Faticoso fare 4 piani di scale.

Cozy, clean, and perfectly located! Ideal for small groups.

Pro: Excellent location! Close to the Biennale (Arsenale and Giardini), in a picturesque neighborhood without the crowds, yet still within easy reach of all the main attractions. The apartment has both a bathroom and a separate WC, and the kitchen is spacious enough to hang out in, making it a great choice for groups of 5–6. The flat is modern yet very cozy, spotlessly clean, and the host was friendly and responsive.

Contro: We didn’t mind the stairs up to the fourth floor; however, during our stay there were quite a few mosquitoes (probably due to the season). I would recommend installing insect screens or providing mosquito repellent devices. We also would have appreciated a coffee machine, and the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak.

Perfect location in Venice

Pro: Perfect location, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, with supermarket, restaurants. Spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. I particularly liked the style and the drawings.

Contro: It’s on the 4th floor without elevator - it wasn’t a problem for us, but you should be aware of this. You have to take out all the garbage early in the morning, so you need to get organized for this. We used the sofa for the 5th person and it’s not very comfortable.

An appartment with spirit

Pro: A lovely furnished spacy (above average for Venice) apartment with spirit. Two separate bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen with large eating table, spacy bathroom, additional toilet is an added value. Washing machine also useful. A lot of spirit. High floor gives opportunities to glimpse some church towers in the neighbourhood. Large supermarket 5 min walking. We have booked the appartment again :-)

Contro: The 4th floor is not for everybody (we enjoyed it :-)). Mosquito nets in the bedroom windows would be appreciated.

Pro: Lovely apartment in a relatively quiet residential area, but close to all the main attractions. It is well equipped, so you can have a meal there if you don't want to always go out and pay Venice extortionate restaurant prices. The hosts are very nice and responsive.

Contro: Be aware that you have four steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Also, the fact that you are responsible to dispose of your own garbage is a bit of a nuisance.

A superb stay in lovely light-filled apartment, located in a quiet area

Pro: We loved our stay for 7 nights in Appartamento Calle Furlani. It has good natural light flooding in from the windows, and being on the fourth floor there are views out across the rooftops. The location in a quiet area suited us perfectly, and only a short walk to the waterfront, Piazza San Marco, the Arsenale, etc. There are many great places to eat (restaurants, bars, pasticceria, and more very close by.

Contro: The apartment is on the fourth floor, accessed by quite a steep set of stairs. We didn’t mind the stairs, however others may find the climb up a bit too much.

Pro: Authentic apartment, live like the locals away from the busy tourist area but easy walking distance to restaurants and St Marks square.
