Soggiorno da favola a Venezia
Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 5 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’appartamento è arredato con grande cura, accogliente e molto funzionale. I letti sono comodissimi (anche il divano letto) e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la presenza di tante coperte, perfette per sentirsi davvero a casa. La cucina è spaziosa, ben attrezzata e dotata di lavastoviglie, ideale anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Il bagno è grande e comodo, con lavatrice a disposizione. L’appartamento è ben riscaldato e dotato di TV in tutte le camere, un plus davvero apprezzato. Bellissimo anche il tavolo da pranzo, con alle spalle una splendida stampa del canale, e il balconcino con vista sulla calle che rende l’atmosfera ancora più veneziana. La posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi da San Marco, e l’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Un alloggio perfetto per chi vuole vivere Venezia in totale comfort. Consigliatissimo!

Da ricordare per le prossime visite in città!
Pro: Appartamento da poco ristrutturato, accessoriato di tutto, bello, pulito, spazioso e luminoso - tutto come da foto. Posizione comoda a metà strada tra piazza San Marco e Arsenale, in via molto tranquilla e fuori dal via vai delle zone più trafficate. Poco distante ci sono comunque bar e ristoranti dove cenare, fare aperitivo / colazione (anche se per la colazione in casa sono a disposizione crostatine, tè, caffè). Bottiglia di prosecco offerta di benvenuto, molto apprezzata. Fernando host molto disponibile per deposito bagagli, check in e qualsiasi domanda.

All grand and comfy
Pro: It was all what we paid for: clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, comfy beds, good location and equipment with everything. The stairs are a bit steep for old knees but his is only personal. The building is an older face of Venice but the apartment is in good condition with modern equipment. Kind and helpful stuff. Good heating and curtains, not too noisy (some vaporetto buzzing just makes it more authentic 😉). Gorgeous Muran glass chandelier, small step-out lodge with the view of outside drying laundry and coffee pot (Moka) raises it to the idyllic level. Everything was like in the pictures on Booking.com. It was more than big enough for three people.
Contro: The water heater had to reset before first use but it was just a tiny bit of inconvenience not a biggy. If you are not used to collecting selective waste it might be a bit of a head scratch to put some waste in what bin. Wifi went off at some point and TV's in the bedroom could not be reconnected (or it is only our lack of knowledge so again not a biggy). Altogether I couldn't say any really bad things. :)

Absolutely wonderful!
Pro: Our host was very accommodating and did his best to ensure we were settled into the beautiful apartment for our stay. It is close to everything and we would definitely stay again if we are to go back to Venice.

Pro: Perfekta komunikācija ar saimnieku, ar agro check in un vēlo check out bez papildus samaksas, lieliska lokācija( tuvu centram), ļoti kluss, apartamentos ir viss nepieciešamais, lai justos kā mājās. 100% iesakām!!!

Pro: Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, άνετο, πολύ καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο και με όλες τις παροχές, ακριβώς όπως είναι στις φωτογραφίες. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρετικός και πρόθυμος σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε

Ήμασταν τυχεροί που το βρήκαμε!!!! Θα το συστήσουμε σε όλους μας τους φίλους!!!
Pro: Σε τέλεια γειτονιά, ήσυχα, πανέμορφα και κυρίως κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα! Γέφυρα Ριάλτο και πλατεία Αγίου Μάρκου, έξι λεπτά με τα πόδια! Πανεύκολα η εύρεση του σπιτιού και 3 λεπτά από την αποβάθρα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον Fernando!!!

Pro: Nagyon kedves fogadtatás. Jól felszerelt, kedves lakás. Négy embernek kényelmes, tágas. Csendes környék, de mégis közel a Szent Márk térhez, Arsenálhoz.
Contro: Novemberben kevesebbet süt a nap.

Mimořádný objev <3
Pro: Pobyt zcela bez chyby! Výborné místo, klidné a velmi snadno dosažitelné od stanice San Marco - Zaccaria. Vřelé přivítání v domluveném čase, na místě láhev Prosecca, vychlazená voda a sladkosti jako milá pozornost. Mimořádně pozorný a přívětivý hostitel, vždy k dispozici, přesný. Pohodlný, příjemný a dokonale čistý byt, v kuchyni neschází vůbec nic, dokonce si můžete vybrat mezi kávou z kapslí či moka, vše je nachystané. Naprosto doporučuji.
