Apartment Biennale

Pro: Pulizia e confort. Ottima disposizione interna delle stanze e arredamento funzionale ed accogliente. Il proprietario è stato gentile a non farci pagare il supplemento per il check-in dopo le 20.

Pro: La zona: ottimo per visitare la biennale, perché a due passi da Arsenali e Giardini. Ma anche per godere della vita quotidiana a Venezia, visto che si trova in una delle vie e delle zone più vive e autentiche. Ottimo comunque anche per girare Venezia in generale (volendo dare sollievo ai piedi basta fare un abbonamento al servizio di trasporto pubblico, le fermate sono vicinissime). L'atmosfera dell'appartamento - giovane - e il fatto che fosse ben attrezzato. Molto comodo. Ivan, l'host, davvero gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un punto di riferimento, consigliato. Ci torneremo.

Pro: Ubicazione perfetta per godersi una Venezia diversa e più autentica. Appartamento ben attrezzato, pulito e confortevole. Disponibilità e gentilezza da parte di Ivan apprezzate. Buona vicinanza a locali e negozi

Great location, nice apartment, just a bit loud at night.

Pro: The apartment is very well located and easily accessible by boat. It‘s spacious and has everything you need for a couple of day‘s visit.

Contro: It‘s on a main street which gets very noisy at night, especially over the weekend. It was hard to sleep without ear plugs. But that‘s also to be expected given the central location.

Pro: Spacious, modern interior, clean, great location much more peaceful than other parts of Venice. Comfortable large bed. Great facilities in kitchen for cooking.

Contro: Just a bit of building noise from flat above every morning around 8 am but guess this was only temporary.

Pro: Convenient location, pleasant owner, cozy apartment, I liked everything very much 😊

Pro: Amazing location, near by the biennale and it has met our expectations. The beds were comfortable, dishwasher, dishes were ok. The host were kind ,picked us from water tram and let us in to the apartment so we were not lost . Thank you

Contro: there was a huge leak on the wall and we needed to switch off the airline, was was disadvantaged, we have reported to the host, he helped us and he was in touch

Muy recomendado!

Pro: Estuvimos 4 noches con todas las comodidades que puede tener un apartamento. La calefacción funcionaba genial, el agua caliente y la presión de la ducha también. La cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios, tostador, cafetera...el detalle del aceite, la sal, las cápsulas de café... La ubicación excelente, barrio seguro, a 10 min de San Marcos, y a 5 min del vaporetto o el barco para ir al aeropuerto.

Pro: Great location, a little away from the center, but within 10 minutes and you're on the main square.

Contro: The bathroom needs renovation, everything is very inconvenient, from the sink to the shower, washing your hair is extreme, and there was no water pressure, and the shower was not quite working at the time of our stay (we left a message to the owners that at least the shower needs repair, I hope that the shower will be fixed before the next guests visit). TVs, you won't even find these in a museum, at least they could replace the one in the bedroom with a smart TV and a larger one.
