Pro: Appartamento molto ampio e ben ristrutturato con terrazzo. Ultimo piano senza ascensore come capita spesso a Venezia, abbiamo fatto un po’ di esercizio! I bagagli ci hanno aiutato a portarli in appartamento. La posizione è molto buona ed a piedi permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti San Marco e tanto altro . Fermata della linea 2 del vaporetto a poche centinaia di metri. Torneremo.

Pro: Appartamento luminoso e ben curato, pulitissimo, posizione perfetta per girare la città. Andrea è stato disponibile e gentile. Nota di merito alla comodità del letto ed alla bellissima terrazza, su cui abbiamo fatto colazione la mattina.

Pro: It was large, well equipped, beautifully presented, and in a great area - quiet but within a few minutes walk of lots of amenities and attractions. The hosts could not have been nicer - meeting us off the ferry on the Grand Canal and briefing us about everything important.

Contro: Being on the third floor, there were a lot of stairs but that was a small price to pay for everything else being brilliant, and the hosts carried our bag up to the apartment !

We had a really wonderful stay at this apartment. Andrea was lovely meeting us on our arrival!

Pro: Very clean and also comfortable beds Quiet but central location Lovely host Andrea met us at the boat port and walked us to the apartment Roof terrace was lovely

Contro: Maybe leave a little milk in the fridge for arrival day for us English who love our tea!!

Absolutely perfect!

Pro: This property is owned by a wonderful Venetian family who clearly care about your stay. Andrea met us and showed us to the apartment and was kind enough to give us tons of interesting and useful information, he couldn't have been kinder or more professional. The apartment was gorgeous, really high spec and the views from the terrace where spectacular. The hosts had thoughtfully left a breakfast and the apartment had everything you could need for any length of stay. The apartment was in the most amazing location for all of the sights, everything being withing easy walking distance.

Great location, would stay here again.

Pro: Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative, which helped us settle in after a long journey. Although there isn't a great view from the balcony, it still makes for a great area to relax after a day of exploring. It is close to everything you would want with a maximum walk of 15-20 minutes and no need to use other forms of transport for the days we were exploring. Thanks staff for being so accommodating.

Contro: Keep in mind that there is no lift as is the case for most places in the area.

Pro: Close to St Marco Square, and a fantastic base for exploring beautiful Venice. Emanuela and family were very kind and welcoming.
