La casetta è meravigliosa
Pro: E' già la seconda volta che torniamo qui perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è strategica per visitare diversi luoghi di interesse. La Zona è servitissima con diversi negozi, supermercati, negozi, bar e ristoranti. La casetta è un gioiellino ed è rifinita splendidamente. Ha due piani e un cortile interno con il cancelletto. Dispone di cucina, salone, camera e bagno. Nella stanza da letto ci sono le travi di legno a vista e un bellissimo lampadario in vetro di murano. Calda d'inverno e fresca d'estate anche grazie al sistema di riscaldamento e raffreddamento che funziona benissimo. Torneremo ancora!
Contro: Piccoli accorgimenti per ciascuna camera della casetta In cucina metterei i cuscini alle sedie, darei una rinfrescata alle bellissime tende bianche e una pulizia generale dei vetri delle finestre. Inoltre lascerei sempre nel frigorifero una bottiglia di acqua per gli ospiti e4 metterei a disposizione anche bustine di the e camomilla, zucchero e dolcificante. Valorizzerei il cortiletto esterno con delle piantine di fiori ed erbe aromatiche, aggiungendo anche qualche filo per stendere. Nella camera da letto aggiungerei le zanzariere alle finestre e darei una rinfrescata agli armadi. Nel bagno cambierei il phon, mettendone uno più nuovo e potente e aggiungerei gli asciugamani piccoli da bidet. Nel salone, farei in modo che la tv presente possa trasmettere i canali in chiaro.

Great apartment in a great location.
Pro: Location was great in a quiet less touristy area. Close to bars & restaurants. 3 mins walk from the Vaparetto stop on the Grand Canal & 15 mins walk to Rialto bridge. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable. We didn’t end up using the kitchen as we ate out but if we’d have stayed longer we would have. The kitchen was well equipped.

Pro: It is a fantastic place catering to all traveler's needs. Conveniently located in the quieter neighborhood of Cannaregio and with an easy access to the city's main sights. It felt like home.

Pro: Everything - the quiet location just off the main tourist areas, the great bedroom and bathroom, the bonus of a kitchen and sitting room, a communicative host. Top tip - stay local and get on a gondola in the ghetto nuovo, quiet, charming and beautiful. A glimpse of what Venice would be without all of us noisy teeming tourists.
Contro: Nothing. We could have stayed for many more days, but our schedule and the Italian train strike forced us onwards (albeit to Florence, which was a revelation!)

Pro: This place is such a hidden gem! Location is absolutely perfect - nice, quiet area within walking distance of the madness. Beautiful bars and restaurants in close proximity. House is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Authentic place in Venice
Pro: We really enjoyed our stay in Cannaregio! It’s a quieter, more authentic side of Venice where locals actually live and hang out. There’s a relaxed, almost hipster vibe with cool little cafes, wine bars, and plenty of charm. It felt like a hidden gem compared to the busy tourist spots. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more laid-back and genuine Venetian experience. Awesome place, our host, Thomas was really helpful.
Contro: There were quite a few little flies, especially in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant. Also, the AC was preset to turn on automatically at a certain hour and always at 20°C, which made the room colder than necessary—especially since it was already quite chilly.
