Bellissimo appartamento in posizione centrale ma silenziosa.

Pro: Posizione centrale, molto spazioso, luminoso, davvero un ottimo appartamento. Unica nota: quarto piano senza ascensore. Host molto cordiale e disponibile. sicuramente consigliato.

Consigliatissimo, nel cuore della città

Pro: Appartamento ben posizionato per raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città. Comodo a supermercati, bar, ristoranti, la stazione dista solo 15 minuti a piedi (quindi anche le principali fermate dei vaporetti). Gli ambienti sono molto confortevoli e puliti, le camere sono grandi e silenziose. Si può fare colazione in un bel terrazzino che offre una vista privilegiata sui tetti della città. Nota estremamente positiva, la presenza di due bagni dotati uno di vasca da bagno, l'altro di doccia. Assolutamente consigliato!

Pro: Perfect location, beautiful place, a lot of space, clean, comfortable. Very nice staff.

Contro: I would recommend to do sth with water pressure in the bathroom.

Excellent Stay

Pro: Excellent location. Clean and tidy apartment with all the necessary facilities (washing machine included). Very close to the main ferry terminal from mainland Italy to the Island.

Contro: No lift. So, if you have heavy bags you need to climb like 4 floors.I was with my family, so it was okay. Make sure you sort out the bins correctly and dispose them yourself at the closest drop off spots. Get on top of it.

Good apartment on the 5th floor without lift.

Pro: The host is accommodating and also allowed an early checkin without any extra charge. The apartment is located in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby.

Contro: The biggest issue was the apartment was located at the 5th floor without any lifts. For a group with 2 senior citizens and a 3 year old, it soon became a exercise.

Lots of space in a good spot

Pro: Great location. In a quieter area of town, which we loved, but also with lots of restaurants and things close by. The decor is very decadent, and the apartment is huge

Contro: The apartment definitely could do with some maintenance.

Pro: Beautiful & very spacious apartment. The bedrooms are all big rooms & the apartment is beautifully adorned.

Contro: The large double bed is very firm & uncomfortable.

Pro: The location was fantastic. The apartment was so spacious. Kitchen was well equipped.

Contro: Collecting the key and checking in from other side of island. Not easy if you are walking. The stairs to get to top floor, where apartment is based. Having to take out rubbish or forfeit a 50 euro penalty.
