Pro: Accoglienza, ordine e pulizia, ampiezza della camera e soprattutto del bagno, colazione abbondante, spazio comune per colazione... Davvero tutto perfetto🙌

Contro: Davvero tutto super. Se proprio devo dare un suggerimento metterei sul tavolo della colazione un contenitore per raccogliere spazzatura (per poi metterla nell'apposito cestino)

Fine di nome e di fatto

Pro: Molta cura degli interni, stile di arredo, pulizia accurata degli ambienti,colazione varia e self, posizione comoda alla stazione Venezia Mestre e alla fermata dell'autobus (15m a piedi la stazione, e non ci è sembrato così terrorizzante il quartiere; un bel viale di case indipendenti tutte con giardino, abitanti tranquilli) attenzione per il cliente che contempla anche la predisposizione di suggerimenti di percorsi di visita e spostamenti da/verso mezzi pubblici con link di geolocalizzazione e tutte le info necessarie, reperibili sul loro sito, a richiesta, e in camera in una brochure predisposta ad hoc. Regole della struttura chiare e consultabili sia in camera che al tavolo per la colazione Possibilità di cenare in struttura fruendo della cucina comune entro le ore 22

Pro: The accommodation is lovingly furnished and very well maintained. There's also a great bus connection to Venice, just a few minutes' walk away. The hosts' website, with information on bus connections, arrival and departure times, and key handover, is excellent.

Pro: Big like to host for organizing everything till small details. Easy located parking, quite region away from central streets. Beds and towels fresh,all areas clean. Nice breakfast system. Possible self check in system.

Comfortable bed, great hosts, close to bus stop to Venice old town.

Pro: Extremely helpful hosts! Easy to communicate in English! Helped us with a parking spot! Thank you very much! Good location - quite close to bus stop. Very comfortable bed!

Contro: It was very humid in the room and a little bit of mold in the bathroom. Since I have asthma I felt it right away. Our Italian friends said that this is a common problem in Italy.

Amazing true BnB that is well connected to Venice

Pro: Well located to catch the bus to Venice and breakfast is plentiful with a range of items (muesli, cereal, toast, spreads, ham, cheese, juice, tea and coffee and lots of snacks). The room was spacious too and the hosts were very accomodating and communicated very well pre check in.

Good Location and nice staff

Pro: Good location, near the supermarket and bus stop. The staff were nice, breakfast was not bad.

Correspond à la description

Pro: Proche de la gare et il y a des commerces de proximité. Quartier calme (en tout cas en décembre)

Contro: Les murs sont fins

Una agradable estancia

Pro: Pasamos una agradable estancia. Los propietarios majos, atentos, y con bonitos detalles. Una gozada el desayuno y todo limpio y adecuado. Recomiendo el alojamiento.

We enjoyed the quiet b&b and the complementary breakfast. Great for a couple.

Pro: The property was excellent, clean, well-maintained.

Contro: Be aware the Mestre train station is closed from 12:00-5:00 and you cannot walk through the subway to get to the property from the bus/train station.
