Fantastic place to stay in Venice, couldn’t have been more impressed

Luxury palazetto with spectacular views of Venice in a great location.

Pro: Excellent location close to train and bus stations plus with its own jetty is arriving by water taxi. The location means you don’t have to navigate the labyrinthine Venetian streets with your wheelie case when you arrive and exit! Immediate access to the main shopping and dining streets of Cannaregio over the bridge. Secure access via key code. Luxurious & spacious accommodation that only contains a total of 3 guest rooms so may suit a small group. A palatial reception room with a grand piano plus dining area/kitchen with spectacular views of the Ponte degli Scalzi and the grand canal. The staff are present in the morning for breakfast but otherwise was very private.

Contro: The only fault is we couldn’t operate the safe reliably. Everything else was perfect.

Terrific if you need somewhere comfortable and classy close to the station.

Pro: My parents were very happy and said only good things about the apartment. It has a great location, close to the city center's most visited places, with good restaurants nearby, very friendly staff, and an amazing breakfast.

It’s a great place to stay for a couple or a solo Venezia lover.

Pro: A great boutique hotel with a balcony overlooking the Canale, situated by a vaporetto station and Piazzale Roma. I really enjoyed the view from my room, long breakfasts (made from scratch for each guest individually), and a bath tub in my bathroom. Many thanks to the Team!

Pro: The place is absolutely amazing - perfectly located in the heart of the city with a stunning view and spectacular balcony. The rooms are incredibly cozy, cleaned daily, and nothing was missing during our entire stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or welcoming. The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful, she even helped me organize a surprise, which I really appreciated. We had an amazing trip, largely thanks to the incredible energy of this place - it truly lifts your spirits. We’d gladly come back and wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends!
