Pro: The property was beautiful.We had the room with the balcony over the canal.It was so lovely opening up the patio doors and feeling part of the Italian life outside. A perfect location.so close to a bakery,ice cream parlour and a co-op supermarket. Also right by a few restaurants and a Gondola collection point. Just beautiful. Antonio couldn’t have been more helpful with directions how to find the property what bus or boat to use etc.He was Polite friendly and helpful.

A really special stay in the perfect location in Venice.

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at Dimora al Doge Beato. The location was perfect and the view overlooking the canal was picturesque. Antonio was really communicative, helping us book a water taxi from the airport, organising dinner on our first night as a kind favour, and decorating the room with a birthday banner and champagne for my birthday. He really went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had a good stay.

Pro: Beautiful room. Excellent location being 4mins walk to San Stae ACTV. Great shops literally a stone's throw: Majer Patisserie, street fruit vegetable stall, pharmacy, gelato: COOP round corner on Campo San Giacomo square, the square itself has a few lovely restaurants & bars too. Definitely will return

The most perfect place to stay.

Pro: This is the most perfect place to stay in Venice. Easy walk from the station and easy to get to all the main sites of the city, as well as being located next to great cafes, restaurants and other local amenities. We had a lovely view from our balcony overlooking the canal. It was quiet at night and we slept really well- the bed was really comfortable. Antonio the host was super friendly and helpful and his place is lovely. We would most definitely stay there again.

Beautiful & cosy hotel, lovely host, excellent location with all facilities nearby

Pro: Beautiful interior, very clean and cosy. The host Antonio is lovely and so helpful and accommodating. He goes above and beyond. Excellent location, near the grand canal, train & bus station. There are restaurants and cafes right opposite and next to the property & even a supermarket. The corridor bathrooms are still very private and not an issue at all.

Pro: We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would like to thank Antonio, the owner, for his hospitality. Ms. Mery was extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Contro: We only experienced two minor issues: the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and there was a small issue with the heating. We also found the check-out time at 10:00 a.m. to be a bit early.
