Pro: L’alloggio è curato nei minimi dettagli, il letto comodissimo e soprattutto una vista incredibile dalla finestra, direttamente sul canale!

Pro: I swear, these are the perfect apartments! The Venetian vibe is literally in the air! The location is amazing — everything is close by, and the bus station is just 5 minutes away! The bed is super comfortable, and the interior is stunning. I 110% recommend staying here!

Beautiful accommodation.

Pro: Absolutely loved our accommodation. Stunning views. Huge apartment. All in all we adored this place and wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights. Peaceful. Feel relaxed and so very happy in this room. Thank you so very much. Hope to come back again

Contro: The wardrobe door and left hand window needs attention. Wardrobe door seems swollen. Windows need attention to secure when closed.

Pro: great location, great view from the windows, easy to find. Loved the house in which the room was located. inside the room was also atmospheric and in keeping with the charm of Venice

It would be very nice if there were some antimosquito stuff cause there were a problem with them in June.

Pro: Atmosphere and interior was delightful. Perfect location if you arrive at the railway station. Host was very kind to us.

Contro: Conditioner in apt was quite loud and not so effective as it could be. May be it is time to refill it.

Pro: Stunning room with a beautiful view of the canal in a more peaceful area of Venice.

Contro: The shower head was very low, but we made do. The main light switch wouldn't turn off, so we worked around it by not using the key card. Hopefully an easy fix.

Old World Venetian Charm apartment close to Train and Bus station

Pro: Excellent location close to both the train and bus station in a quiet part of Venice. Easy access to restaurants, groceries and all the sights of Venice. Large apartment with Old World Venetian charm. Very comfy bed.

Contro: When we booked the location it was called a B&B though no breakfast was included! Also said there was a washing machine that was no where to be found. Be mindful to not leave the windows open at night due to mosquitoes.

Perfect location. Excellent value for money and the friendliness of Anna.

Pro: The property was absolutely beautiful. The whole style and decor was breathtaking. The location was perfect. We were a short walk away from everything. It had everything we could have wanted. Anna was so helpful as well with info from places to eat or places to have some drinks. We are definitely going to visit Venice again and yes we would love to stay at this property again.

Contro: Honesty. And i feel silly even saying it. But I’m 6ft 2. And the shower was too low. I had to crouch to have a shower. But other than that it was perfect.

Pro: The apartment is amazing, with a beautiful view and located in a good, not too touristic, but still vibrant area.

Contro: It was not too easy to reach the personal by messages/phone. We had to take out the garbage ourselves, otherwise you need to pay €10 extra. There were also lots of mosquitoes (we preferred to refresh the room and let the windows open, so of course you have an option to use air conditioning there).
