Simply the best place to stay in Venice.
Pro: I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay! Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful, and every little detail was taken care of with great attention. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the city center. The shared garden and lounge area are simply delightful, providing a serene atmosphere to relax in. Consuelo, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we will definitely come back!

Pro: The most comfortable bed which is amazing after a long day exploring Venice. Everything is very clean. Consuelo, was so helpful pointing out good places to see, eat and was always available if we needed anything.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Venice.

Contro: The only small detail is our bedroom looked out on the street with a bar below but at night it was quiet and the windows were well insulated.

Pro: Wow! Honestly, it was worth every single penny we paid. I have traveled a lot and met many hosts in my life, but Consuelo was by far the most entertaining. She helped us so much with getting to know Venice. She's such an amazing host, we are really going to miss her. Everything was amazing, the place, our room was very luxurious, and we felt very royal staying in this beautiful place. It had an amazing garden for our morning routines, the breakfasts were amazing, and the location was really great! I don’t think I have anything negative to say about this place. It really met my expectations and even more! Looking forward to coming back to this place! Thank you Consuelo, for everything. You are amazing!

Pro: My colleague and I booked two en suite rooms for a business trip. At first we thought they were in a hotel-like complex. But it was actually the two rooms in the flat. The flat with 2 separate rooms + bathroom, living room + lounge and dining room is in the centre of the beautiful area of Vence. It is superbly furnished, has a balcony and access to the garden. Can you imagine it - a gerden in Venice! But what exceeded our expectations was the hostess Consuela, her excellent communication, her friendliness and the preparation of a sumptuous breakfast every morning. Not to mention the small but very precious details such as the music you can listen to in the flat, the ambient lighting, the tea and coffee maker, the flowers, the classic furnishings, etc. If possible, I would rate the hotel with more than 10 points!
