Good value

Pro: Location, room size, Georgio giving us some history, clean, view down onto a canal

Contro: Stairs too many and not sure about the breakfast part of BnB. There was a sign that said “breakfast only available between 7.30 & 9.30. Each morning we went to the kitchen and there was no breakfast - not even coffee making facilities. Not sure if there was a communication breakdown, and maybe we were supposed to tell someone? But this was very unclear. Also shower over bath with no screen = very wet bathroom floor

Pro: Great location and lovely host. Good communication with good directions and tips for good restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, walking round the city, ferrying to the nearby Islands

Pro: Good location away from St Marco’s square but within 15 minutes walking distance.

Lovely room in central Venice

Pro: -Perfect location, right in the middle of Venice. The room with the private bathroom has a beautiful view on the canal. -The hosts were so nice they gave us good recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. -I saw other reviews mentioning the thin walls. Yes you can hear what happens outside, but the room is not situated in a busy street so there's not that much noise to disturb your sleep.

Contro: -I was prepared, but bring your own toiletries (not that big of a deal, you can buy anything from a supermarket close to the accomodation)

Pro: Nous avons eu un accueil exceptionnel de la part de Georgio, qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer Venise et de nous indiquer les meilleurs endroits à visiter. Sa gentillesse et son sens de l’hospitalité, devenus rares aujourd’hui, nous ont particulièrement touchés. L’appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre, à proximité de tout à pied. Il est propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Rien à redire, nous recommandons vivement !

Excellent rapport qualité prix, emplacement idéal. On recommande.

Pro: Emplacement très pratique et quasi idéal : proche de la lagune, des embarcadères et de la place St Marc. Restaurants et supérette à proximité. Accueil sympathique ; l'hôte parle français et nous a donné des conseils et des adresses. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas proposé mais le B&B comporte un séjour/cuisine commun où il est possible de se préparer des petits déjeuners. Notre chambre (avec salle de bain privative) donnait sur un petit canal et un pont : romantique et typique de Venise. Certains commentaires font état de bruits, c'est vrai mais il faut nuancer : ce sont les bruits d'un quartier vivant et animé (passants dans la rue, lycéens, bateaux, livraisons...) Nous étions les seuls locataires dans l'immeuble qui est ancien et peut-être pas très bien isolé. Le calme n'est donc peut-être pas garanti mais c'est le cas de la plupart des hébergements de Venise. Si nous devions revenir à Venise, nous choisirions le même établissement.

Romantická lokalita velmi blízko sv. Marka, skvělý poměr cena-výkon, velmi milý a vstřícný majitel

Pro: Místo je krásné, z okna jsme měli výhled na kanál a mostek. Na nábřeží je odtud pohodlnou chůzí pět minut a do deseti minut jste na náměstí sv. Marka. Velikost pokoje byla ve srovnání s jinými destinacemi v této cenové hladině nadprůměrná. Vše bylo čisté a funkční. Pan majitel byl velmi milý a poskytl nám všechny potřebné informace. Nejvíc jsme mu ale vděčni za možnost ubytovat se už dopoledne, hned po příchodu z nádraží. Za těch cca 40 minut cesty jsme v silném dešti promokli na kost, a i když jsme měli předem už z domova domluvené, že si po příchodu jenom někde uložíme zavazadla a přijdeme až odpoledne, rovnou nám dal klíče od pokoje. Samozřejmě jsme měli také štěstí, že tam před námi zrovna nikdo nebyl, takže to bylo technicky možné. Ale díky laskavosti pana majitele jsme se mohli převléci, usušit a než přestalo pršet, i dospat brzké ranní vstávání k odletu.

Contro: Uvítali bychom možnost si večer uvařit. Měli jsme k dispozici elektrickou konvici a mikrovlnku, ale když už v kuchyni je sporák, bylo by příjemné umožnit jeho použití a dát do linky pár hrnců. Až na jeden nůž a nějaké lžičky také v kuchyni chyběly příbory.

Szczerze polecam

Pro: Super lokalizacja, przemili i pomocni właściciele. Na miejscu dostępna kuchnia z potrzebnym wyposażeniem. Wiele ulotek, map, wizytówek, które były pomocne w gąszczu restauracji czy innych atrakcji.

Contro: Szkoda, że śniadania nie były serwowane, jednak w pobliżu był sklep. Małym minusem były również dwa pojedyncze materace (wygodne) zamiast jednego .

Excellent sejour

Pro: L'établissement était très bien, dans une rue tranquille, sans trop de passage, avec un personnel serviable et avenant.

Contro: Tout est très bien

Sehr nette und hilfsbereiter Besitzer, tolle Lage.

Pro: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Besitzer.

Contro: Wir hätten gern die tägliche Herrichtung des Zimmers gehabt, aber das war möglicherweise nicht in der Buchung enthalten.
