Pro: Struttura collocata in una posizione molto comoda. La colazione era ben fornita, e la stanza disponeva di un frigo ben rifornito. Il titolare è stato molto gentile ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze

Pro: Grande disponibilità. A disposizione acqua in bottiglia, biscotti, caffè e thè tutto io giorno...piccoli confort molto importanti in una città molto turistica come Venezia. Balcone sul canale eccezionale!

Pro: A 6 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco, questo posto è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Il b&b è molto carino, la camera è grande e Luca è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, accontentando tutte le nostre richieste. Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo

A great, comfortable and easy place to stay- somewhere thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Pro: Our room had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The stone balcony over the canal was a great feature. The shared kitchen facility was very well stocked and with all supplies in the room were very welcome. Having yogurts, fruit juice in the fridge in our room- as well as milk and water- was very welcome! The property is part of an historic building with a lovely courtyard entrance. Luca, the host, was very helpful and enabled us to have both an early check in and - as we had an evening flight - a late check out. Thank you.

Contro: We were VERY happy with everything. We would stay here again as the property is in an excellent location giving short walks to Arsenale, Zaccaria and San Marco.

Pro: Wonderful room – clean, cozy, with an excellent view of the canal. The host is very welcoming and pleasant. The room has all the amenities: air conditioning, a spacious refrigerator, a coffee machine, a microwave, and all the necessary cutlery. The complimentary treats from the hotel were also a pleasant surprise – water, coffee, fruit, and more. Great location – practically in the city center, yet in a quiet and peaceful alley. I recommend it to everyone. The value for money is excellent!

Vše v pořádku, byli jsme spokojeni a budeme doporučovat.

Pro: Pan Luca nás vřele přivítal a vše vysvětlil. Snídaně byla dostačující, od všeho něco, pečivo, salámy a sýry, sladké sušenky, ovoce, nápoje teplé i studené. Chválíme.

Contro: Vše bylo v pohodě, starší vybavení nám nevadilo, patří to k této lokalitě.
