Casa Guggenheim

Pro: stanza pulita con comodi letti e di dimensione perfetta (ci abbiamo dormito in 4!). Posizione della struttura strategica, comoda e, secondo me, nella parte più bella di Venezia. Soggiorno molto piacevole e senza intoppi. Anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli post checkout è stata molto apprezzata. Un po' caro il check in anticipato, ma nel complesso una ottima esperienza. Torneremo!

Camera molto accogliente in una posizione comoda per girare la città a piedi, ma anche vicina alla fermata del vaporetto

Pro: La posizione, la pulizia, la tranquillità, la prontezza di risposta dell’ospite.

Nice and cozy

Pro: Conveniently located near Accademia and the Guggenheim museum, in a very quiet area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. During daytime it's interesting to take the traghetto nearby to cross the Canal Grande instead of walking to the bridge. The room is reasonably sized, with Venetian style furniture. Just don't expect a view outside the windows because they face on a wall that's 1 meter away.

Contro: Mandatory online Check in procedure prior to arrival requires some time because they ask you to take a picture of yourself holding your ID, amongst other things. Also, double check the very detailed (and long) multiple messages with instructions because you are supposed to leave the local tax in cash on the desk. I didn't go through all instructions at the time and i had to send a payment with Paypal after. Also, in case of need, don't expect they answer the phone, because they don't.

I would definitely recommend Casa Guggenheim, and would stay here again

Pro: Amazing location and only a two minute walk from the vaporetto. Lovely room. Very quiet. Very close to some excellent restaurants.

Contro: We found the power outlets in Italy are generally poor with most unable to take a standard european adapter. There was only one outlet in the room we could use and this was really high up on the wall making charging phones very difficult. It would have been nice to be able to make a coffee in the morning, none was provided.

Pro: No breakfast provided But easy access to local Restaurants

Contro: I would have preferred a kettle and sink area to make coffee in the morning I know there was a kitchen area but I didn’t feel comfortable using it.

Pro: Excellent and beautifully decorated room with everything we needed. Great location and having the kitchen and dining space was a lovely bonus.

Pro: Very quiet location and fresh renovated apartments

Contro: Air conditioner should be updated

Pro: Nice location, extremely quiet street, Very easy check-in, very nice café around the corner, short distance to Traghetto, room looked exactly like on the pictures, room relatively big for Venice standards, nice furniture, wonderful mattress, everything pretty new and very clean. Simply a cozy place, I can recommend this wholeheartedly.

Contro: 2 or 3 times there was very little noise from the adjacent room, did not disturb me however
