Pro: Spacious apartment, comfortable. Great location. There is a pub next to the building but the apartment is super quiet. We never heard anything from outside. Great service from staff members, super quick to help and answer queries. We had an issue with the shower and it got resolved within 20 minutes.
Contro: Apartment does need a bit of renovation, specially the bathroom.

A great location
Pro: For us an excellent location in our our favourite area. Easy to reach by Alilaguna orange line. The host is excellent. He kept us well informed and the whole booking, check in and check out process was very easy. A good value choice for a short break.
Contro: The bathroom is adequate but needs an update. Similarly the kitchen is usable but could also benefit from some upgrading. However for the price it is a very good choice of accommodation.

Pro: The apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and perfectly located! Self check-in and key collection were smooth, and the office with lockboxes is conveniently located in Piazzale Roma. The hosts were responsive, helpful and welcoming!
Contro: The bathroom needs renovation; the shower head wasn't working properly. Would definitely book again once this issue is addressed!

Great location, air con in bedroom should be better!
Pro: Great location, Close to a squre full of shops and resturants. Apartment has everything you need to cook and clean for yourself.
Contro: There is a great air con unit in the living room but the one in the bedroom has a tube you have to put out the window otherwise it blows hot air back into the room. The other problem with having the window open is while doing this is it lets mosquitos in and I was eaten alive of a night time! The only option is to not have the air con on in the evening on this means a sweaty sleep. Be great if they could have the same air con unit in the bedroom!

Buen apartamento en muy buena ubicación, pero ligeramente caro
Pro: El barrio es ideal para escapar del bullicio de las zonas céntricas. Muy cerca del vaporetto del gran canal y de zonas con bastante vida (bares y restaurantes).
Contro: La temperatura en la ducha es muy difícil de regular y aunque el apartamento es correcto y es Venecia (y por tanto caro), el precio nos salió demasiado caro para 2.

Alojamiento perfecto en Venecia
Pro: El apartamento tiene todo lo esencial para hacer una estancia muy agradable. La verdad es que no defrauda y tiene todas las comodidades tal y como se recogía en la página web. Totalmente recomendable.
Contro: Por mejorar algo, mejoraría el servicio de recogida de llaves, ya que es un poco lioso y, aunque tuve un problema ya que las llaves no estuvieron a tiempo, en todo momento pude contactar con el anfitrión.

Une adresse à retenir pour un séjour en amoureux.
Pro: Appartement agréable et spacieux pour 2 personnes. Une grande entrée avec de la place pour ranger les chaussures, par exemple. Beaucoup de rangements dans la chambre (armoire /penderie), commode. Un grand lit (2 lits de 90, en fait). Un salon-salle à manger, cuisine bien équipée (grille-pain, bouilloire, batterie de cuisine). Pas de lave-vaisselle comme indiqué sur le descriptif mais pas nécessaire... Par contre, une machine à laver le linge, ce qui est pratique pour une semaine. L'immeuble est très calme, nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par les voisins, très discrets. Le quartier est très agréable, au pied del Ponte dei Pugni et à 5 minutes de la Galerie de l'Académie. Aucun problème pour récupérer les clés et l'organisme qui gère la location a toujours été à notre écoute quand nous avions des questions.
