Pro: La casa è molto accogliente, ben attrezzata, pulitissima e la proprietaria è estremamente gentile e premurosa. Tornerò sicuramente altre volte!

Pro: Immersa nel verde, molto tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile, consigliate le biciclette per muoversi di giorno, mentre la sera meglio la macchina in quanto le strade di campagna sono prive di illuminazione. Bellissima casetta

Pro: Casetta davvero deliziosa! Ideale per una coppia o per un piccolo gruppo di amici, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di punta sabbioni e dai traghetti per Venezia. Nicoletta è un host davvero disponibile e gentile, consigliatissimo per i surfers veneti che con le mareggiate di scirocco possono divertirsi nel beach break a due passi dalla casa! Ampio parcheggio e giardino, casa isolata con lo spazio perfetto per asciugare le mute!!

Pro: It was a very pleasant stay for us - me and my three teenagers. Sea, peace and fresh air. The accommodation was exactly what we hoped for and had everything we needed. We were welcomed and taken care of. A nice break from the daily hustle and bustle. Thank you, dear Nicole. Thank you, Stefano.

A perfect place for 2, quiet but in a great location to explore the Venice lagoon.

Pro: The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Venice, Burano and Torcello. Nicole was very helpful.

Peaceful retreat and base for a daytrip to Venice by boat

Pro: Travelled with my teenage daughter as a base for a boat daytrip to Venice. Stayed for 2 nights. Nicoletta was a lovely host who met us in person and was very helpful with information about the area. The house is well equipped and comfortable - and exceptionally peaceful (and dark) at night, being in a quiet remote rural part of the Jesolo Lido. The beach on the med side of the lido is fantastic - and the walk to the lighthouse is great for a sunset over Venice. The ferry port for boats to Venice is walkable (about 15 minutes) - or parking for the day is available at the port for 5Euro. ACTV public transport boat line #14 takes you to the San Marco area in about 30 minutes - we bought tickets on the day at a cost of 9,50Euro each way, each. There are other boat operators at the port, so you may be able to shop around.

Contro: Being surrounded by water and farmland - be prepared for mosquitos (and ants)... The house is well protected inside with window mosquito mesh shutters to keep the bugs out and wooden external shutters to keep the light in.

Pro: Nicol's approach and hospitality was perfect. Quiet location, relatively close access to the beach or the vaporetto stop, fully equipped kitchen. Everything needed for a longer stay was available. We will definitely come back here.

Pro: Casa muito bem localizada para quem vai visitar Veneza. A nossa anfitriã Nicole muito simpática e sempre disponível. A casa é excelente muito limpa e com um espaço exterior fantástico.

Pro: L’emplacement, le fait d’être entouré de nature, une place de parking

Tolle Unterkunft, die wir nur weiter empfehlen können.

Pro: Nicoletta ist eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns sogar an der Vappretto-Station abgeholt, was superlieb war. Dann hatten wir 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung mit denen wir die ganze Woche zum Meer, zum Einkaufen oder auf Ausflüge unterwegs waren.

Contro: Alles bestens.
