Super accommodation in a lively location

Pro: Lovely, comfortable accommodation, maintained to a high standard and very well equipped. The location was really good with a lively street just a few steps away. Restaurants shops and good connections to the vaporetto stops, all within a short walk.

Contro: The only small issue was a slightly temperamental hot water system it took some time to master

Calm and comfortable retreat.

Pro: The property is very nice, very clean and comfortable. The host is most welcoming and helpful, with really sweet attitude and making an effort to take care of all the small details. The patio is very cute and pleasant to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine outside. The home felt cosy and extremely well thought through.

Excellent base for exploring venice

Pro: Beautiful house with a lovely patio. Location superb very peaceful even though there were plenty of restaurants and shops on your doorstep, 20/25 min walk to rialto/ san Marco. Host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would have no hesitation recommending this property

An outstanding accommodation - one of the best!

Pro: This is a fabulous property. If you want excellent accommodation in a lovely and convenient area in Venice and a great host this is the one to go for. We had a wonderful time here. We stayed for 5 nights and were sorry to leave.

Pro: Tolle Lage, sehr freundlicher Vermieter,hat uns abgeholt und viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Außerdem war Prosecco im Kühlschrank und Salami, Käse, Kaffee etc. Sehr schön

Une adresse exceptionnelle en tous points.

Pro: Emplacement très calme au fond d’une impasse tout en étant dans un quartier jeune et animé. Équipement parfait, rien ne manque. Extrême gentillesse d’ Andrea malgré notre arrivée tardive (1h00 du matin). Il a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils et des explications sur la ville et plein de petites attentions étaient présentes (petit déjeuner du lendemain, bouteille de prosecco dans le frigo ….). Très bonne literie. Bref une petite pépite au centre de la belle Cité des Doges.😍

Contro: Pas grand chose de négatif, à savoir juste que les WC sont dans la salle de bains et que on peut un peu faire la queue quand on est nombreux.
