Pro: Location & courtyard a real bonus. Rosanna metbus at the property for checkin to show ys around. Also responsive to queries during stay. If we are ever so fortunate to return to Venice, would stay again.

Pro: Excellent location. The area has both an historic character and is within walking distance of places of interest, generally less than 2km. I felt it was good value for money, an interesting and clean ground floor flat with a small, attractive courtyard. The host was communicative and helpful. The double bed was very comfortable and the kitchen very practical.

Contro: The small bathroom and shower screen took a little getting used to, partly due to proximity to the toilet. Might not suit a larger person.

Pro: The coffee and basics in the kitchen. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood

Live local in Cannareggio!

Pro: Ideal apartment in a quiet part of Cannareggio. Close to excellent,local restaurants and bars and S. Alvise vaporetto stop. Easy walk to the main station. Very comfy. Was super handy to have a washing machine. Our train was delayed by 6 hours but our host met us at the apartment close to midnight, which was super..we were happy to pay the late check in fee. She communicated with us on What's App all day to check on our progress. Wonderful,friendly service.

Contro: The shower cubicle is rather small but we didn't mind that much.

Lovely stay in Venice

Pro: The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The courtyard is a bonus that gives so much extra space and a place to relax.

Contro: The bathroom is small with a tiny shower, but it is not a big problem. You just need to be 1 person at a time in the bathroom.

Super i serdecznie polecam!

Pro: Przemiła właścicielka obiektu, dom bardzo schludny i czysty z kuchnią i przepieknym patio. W pobliżu znajdował się supermarket a do centrum było bardzo blisko. Jest to moja ulubiona dzielnica a biorąc pod uwagę, że był to mój 9 raz w Wenecji to w to miejsce napewno będę wracać.

Contro: W kuchni mogło by być więcej przypraw, oliwa do gotowania.
