Pro: Struttura dalla posizione invidiabile e dal carattere decisamente veneziano, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La camera era ampia e confortevole. Il personale si è rivelato di una disponibilità e gentilezza tare. Struttura che consiglio vivamente.

Pro: Superb location, and a home away from home. Matteo and his phenomenal staff made us feel more than welcomed. The friendliness and personal touch in all they did was outstanding and the breakfast was a feast. We will be back for sure.

It's a place with a soul, classy and sumptuous

Pro: It was like in a movie, everything was perfect. The staff knows you by name (even when they change shifts), the owner takes care of you and even carries your suitcases. He also cooks the best scrambled eggs I've had for years. His wife is charming, caring and friendly. If possible, I would like to go there every year!

Best hotel in Venice

Pro: Owned by a couple matteo and barbara.. love their friendliness and the delicious eggs prepared by matteo and the handmade pastries by barbara... the staff knows all the guests by names... only 9 rooms available at this quaint venetian hotel. Location is perfect and 2 mins away from the Rialto bridge. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel. Lovely views from the terrace .

Pro: Chose this hotel from the many others in Venice based on the incredible reviews and yet we were still blown away by the service. All the staff so friendly, greet guests by name, nothing is too much trouble, made reservations for us, happy to give tips and a history lesson whilst making the best spritz's in town! The terrace and view is incredible, found ourselves marvelling in it every breakfast, afternoon drink and post dinner night cap, such. an escape from the busy alley ways to watch the daily activity on the grand canal. The breakfast is lovely with homemade pastries from the hotel owner and freshly cooked eggs. Room was spacious, comfortable, dark and quiet, and the bathroom lovely with a good shower. Already planning our return trip.

Contro: Nothing, Venice is a very busy and touristy city so where you stay will greatly impact how much you like the city, so do yourself a favour and stay here!

Exceptional hotel, being in walking distance of most every site you would like to visit!
