Pro: Struttura perfetta, moderna, pulita, accogliente, ti forniscono asciugamani e sapone, arredata con cura e originalità, tanto da farmi allungare la sosta (cambiando luogo ma dello stesso host)

Piacevolissimo soggiorno, tanto da pensare di stare a casa propria

Pro: L'appartamento è davvero troppo carino e fornito di tutti i comfort (anche la lavatrice). Le camere sono molto spaziose, ci sono 2 bagni (1 solo con doccia) ed un bel living con cucina. Tutte le stanze sono ben illuminate e la posizione dell'alloggio è strategica e con diverse attività commerciali sotto (farmacia, bar, pizzeria, ...). Nel complesso sono davvero molto contento di avervi soggiornato e di aver trovato una così bella accoglienza.

Contro: Davvero molto poco... giusto come suggerimento lascio una nota all'host che si preoccupi di sistemare la cornice della porta d'ingresso che è staccata e potrebbe essere pericoloso per qualche bimbo e poi, come spesso capita negli hotel, anche se qui in realtà siamo in un'altra location..., mancano i porta asciugamani ed i porta saponi all'interno della doccia. E questo posso dire che è davvero molto fastidioso.

Apartment in Spinea

Pro: The spacious, fully equiped, very clean apartment. The area is quiet, close to good restaurants and shops. Free parking space, where I always had a place. Good contact with host, who is ready to help. I recommend!

Spacious apartment near Venice

Pro: We had a great time in this spacious apartment. It is located outside the city crowd, but on the other hand, it is close to the train station, where you can reach Venice in 19 minutes. The advantage of this apartment is that it is located between Venice, Treviso and Padua, so you can get there quickly by car or train. The sea and beaches are a 40-minute drive away.

Contro: Everything was good.

Pro: Luca was easy to contact throughout our stay and provided instructions how to collect and return the keys using the secure lockbox as well as how to find the property for check-in. The property is spectacular with great views from all the windows, is well equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, spices, cleaning products, etc such as detergent, a clothes dryer, plenty of hangers, mop, just to name a few. So much that it's no different from staying at home! There are a great range of local amenities, frequent transport links via bus to surrounding towns, to Venezia, and straight to the airport too! We met the apartment clean and tidy with working electricals as well as with EU ports connected to the walls since Italy has its own kind of socket. It also stays warm throughout the night and has a good supply of hot water! Really impressed our friends and family who came to visit us during our stay - definitely come back again, if not highly recommended! ❤️

Contro: Only 2 things! We found that the shower drained poorly; even after waiting a few minutes for the water to go down after every use. When we open the doors to exit the shower, the floor is already flooded with some water because there's so much to which we have to mop even under the washing machine to prevent any damage to the bathroom. To have to do this every time it's very time consuming and distressing. The pillows in all the bedrooms are in serious need of a deep clean as they are covered in yellow stains. However I can attest that the linen (pillow cases) are clean.

Pro: I really liked the location. It is a quiet neighbourhood with all amenities around the corner. It was easy to reach Venice by a 20 minute train ride. The pizza restaurant recommended by Luca was fantastic, much better than any restaurant we tried in Venice. The flat was very nice and clean, we did not miss anything. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have an aircon. Luca sent a lot of useful information in advance. It was great to retire to this flat aftet crowded Venice. We had a glimpse of local life in Spinea.

Pro: Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Quiet place to be with family.

Pro: This flat is really comfortable, close to the train station and 20 minutes ride to Venice. The place is really big and cozy. The check in is very easy. This flat is really great for a big family! Thank you for all!

Contro: The owner is always in touch. However we have just one proposal to put bigger sofa in the living room, because we wanted to sit all together and watch a movie, but there wasn't enough place. It would be nice to put sofa which could be unfold.
