Pro: Ottima accoglienza da parte della titolare, mi ha permesso di lasciare lo zaino prima dell'orario del check in venendo incontro alle mie esigenze. Struttura comoda e pulita, letto confortevole e lenzuola profumate. Esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Great and Pleasant Stay. Totally Worth It!!

Pro: It was far from the city center crowded places but we really loved it. It has sunset view so that is a plus.

Contro: Considerable walking distance from city centre and difficult to bring heavy luggage upstairs.

Pro: The property was just perfect for what I needed , quiet , clean , close to shops and restaurants. Perfect room , comfy bed

Pro: Melissa (the owner) is the best one I have met in many accommodation facilities I have visited. Kind, giving and sweet. This is much better than the common idea of a hostel someone may have. The location is perfect (near vaporetto stations and supermarket) and the view ? Unmatched, looking at Gudecca island

Pro: Great accommodation. Owner was friendly and quick to respond to any messages. Check in was simple, the room and facilities were ample for my needs. A kitchen was provided for guests to use and the shared bathroom was well kept. Located right by the sea and near plenty of good restaurants and sights.

Contro: Nothing, did exactly what it said on the tin. Reasonably priced and comfortable
