Perfect apartmeny for a family trip to Venice

Pro: The location was perfect to explore Venice and the apartment was wonderful. Great facilities, clean and overlooking a gorgeous square. Our 2 children loved having the apartment to return to after lots of walking around Venice. Carlo was really helpful, meeting us to give us keys and show us to the apartment.

Everything was good.

Pro: The location of the apartment is the best, all the attractions are nearby.

Pro: The apartment is charming, well-kept, large and spacious. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is excellent. The owners of the apartment were in touch with us and tried to help.

Contro: When booking the apartment, we requested early check-in. We were told no, but they promised that we could leave our luggage there when we arrived - at 11:00. The day before our arrival, I received a message that we would not be able to leave our luggage there until 1:30 PM... This of course greatly affected our plans and we had to have a long and drawn-out conversation with the apartment owners until they finally agreed to keep their promise. It was unnecessary and unpleasant pressure! There were 6 of us in the apartment and unfortunately some of the equipment was too little and insufficient. For example: There was no soap/shampoo in the bathrooms (except for a small bar of soap) - even though the apartment was supposed to be fully equipped and there were shampoo facilities on site. The number of glasses was limited, so we had to wash dishes all the time... There were few towels, and our requests for additional blankets were denied. The issue of equipment and furnishings made the stay a little unpleasant, as the apartment is expensive and well-maintained, and we would have been happy if they had accommodated us more generously in the above matters.

Outstanding Stay at IQ Hotel Firenze – Highly Recommended!

Pro: My recent stay at IQ Hotel Firenze was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The waiters in the restaurant and bar were equally helpful, attentive, and genuinely nice, making every meal a pleasure. The housekeeping team deserves special praise – they kept everything impeccably clean and refreshed the room daily with great care. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with plenty of natural light and modern amenities. The bathroom was spotless (truly spick and span!) and well-equipped.

Contro: The choice of food was limited but the quality and taste of food was outstanding.

Pro: Location is amazing. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. The balcony is great as you can spend time outside surrounded by the old Venice

Amazing, huge and stylish apartment located in a very lovely square only 5 mins from San Marco
