Pro: Struttura pulita, zona buona in centro a Marghera, non lontana dalla stazione e molto vicina alla fermata del bus 6 per Venezia. Camere spaziose

Great place to visit venice

Pro: Great place to visit venice. 2 min from the bus stop where bus goes every 20 minutes to venice and is there in 25 minutes. Very clean and spacious room and kitchen. Very helpful owner. I will come back here when i, m in venice next time

A great stay.

Pro: Not sure why such low reviews. We had a great stay and got what we expected based on the photos. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get to central venice, 15 min walk to train station. Very clean, the host seems to clean the shared spaces often too. Check in was easy. Host met us at the gate and showed us around the building. Friendly host. Room looks like the pictures. Kitchen was great to use, well equipped. Other guests were very quiet too so we slept well. It was the darkest room we've slept in across europe so that was a nice deep sleep!

Pro: The room and bathroom were clean. The host always answered me. It's located near the bus stop to go to Venice. I had good neighbours. Good choice.

Contro: Cirarette smell in the room from previous guests and noise isolation in the building.

Pro: The rooms were very clean, as were the common areas, the kitchen and the bathroom. helpful staff who accommodated the check-in time. Big room.

Contro: The equipment was old, the bed was also not up to expectations. there was one cup available in the kitchen, which is really not enough for 3 rooms, on the other hand there was a heap, which I don't understand why. Very loud doors and locks. Our windows faced the street, which was very noisy even at midnight.

Very good place as a base to see Venice

Pro: we could check-in earlier, the room was big and had a lot of places to put your own luggage, located very close to tram and bus stop, host gave us tip of buying tickets in the tobacco shop, not in the bus, located short ride from the Venice and from the train station

Pro: The room was super comfy and the caretaker was just a call away.

Contro: The only problems that I had during my stay were related to other guests being loud during the night, as the rooms are not soundproof, or not really respecting the public spaces and leaving them dirty. Nothing of this is the facility's fault, but keep in mind when booking that it's the room of a flat, not an hotel room. Another thing you need to be VERY CAREFUL of is that the gate in the courtyard doesn't apparently have any other way to get opened if not by using they key. This created a bit of an incident when I was leaving the structure, as I left my keys in the room after check-out and someone else closed the gate before I could leave, blocking me in the courtyard. So pay maximum attention when leaving, that both the building door and the gate remain open before your leave.

Pro: tiene buena ubicación a 1/2 cuadra del bus o tram que nos dejaba en Venecia, lugar tranquilo cómodo, linda zona con lo necesario para una buena estadia

Contro: que no se pueda hacer el check-in después de las 18hs, tendrían que tener la forma de poder dejar la llave en algún lugar para poder ingresar si uno se retrasa
