Pro: Posizione Ottima, a due minuti da Piazza San Marco, e con molti servizi nelle vicinanze (bar, ristoranti, punti d'interesse, fermata vaporetto, ecc), host disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento ed informazione, camera pulita e spaziosa.

Pro: Location è fantastica e staff sempre molto disponibile. Vista sul campanile di SAn Marco

Contro: La camera può essere migliore, nel senso che può essere un po ristrutturata. Nel bagno mancava detergente per bagno.

Alloggio molto carino in zona centralissima vicino Piazza San Marco.

Pro: La camera si trova in zona centrale, comoda e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione dei treni con il traghetto (25 minuti piacevolissimi a guardare gli scorci bellissimi Venezia) ed è vicinissima a Piazza San Marco e al ponte di Rialto. La Camera è luminosa, spaziosa con travi a vista, mobili in legno belli e classici, atmosfera veneziana. ci tornerei sicuramente.

Contro: Sotto il letto era pieno di polvere e sporcizia. Pulizia non il massimo, pochi confort in bagno: niente dentifricio, carta igienica già aperta e iniziata, pochi saponi, metterei il dentifricio e qualche optional in bagno per far sentire il cliente un po' coccolato, inoltre non era stato specificato di dover fare due piani a piedi per arrivare in camera.

A due passi da San Marco

Pro: La struttura e' a pochi passi da San Marco e ponte Rialto molto comoda per visitare i luoghi più turistici . Eravamo nella camera n 1 spaziosa con letti comodi e con aria condizionata , abbastanza silenziosa .

Contro: Le scale per accedere alla stanza sono un po ripide e i gradini stretti con le valigie si fa un po fatica , ma credo che sia cosi un po' da per tutto . Il bagno e' stato la nota dolente non mi e' piaciuto , la doccia non era ben pulita e il doccino non era stabile .

Pro: Tutto! La posizione top! Camera pulita .. il personale cordiale e disponibile.

Pro: Location centralissima. A meno di un minuto da Piazza San Marco. Struttura pulitissima e camera molto bella!! Gestore molto gentile e simpatico Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Was Perfect for a Short Stay

Pro: We came for an overnight stay in Venice and this was a great stay. The location was great and close to San Marco Plaza- only like a 3-4 minute walk and maybe a 7 minute walk to the waterbus station. We were given great directions on how to get to the location - very clear/exact. The WiFi was free and worked well. Everything was very clean. I LOVED the smell of the argan oil hand soap. I would highly recommend this location. The cost was great too, considering the prices of other hotels in the area were more expensive.

Contro: My only negative was the king bed felt worn down & maybe is due for a change, but for an overnight stay it was fine. My kids said the twin beds were comfortable.

Top location, good service

Pro: Top location in a quiet street 2-minutes walk to St-Marco and 5 minutes to La Fenice Good heating (unexpectedly) Tidy room

Contro: The shower cabin needs reparation

Excellent base for exploring Venice

Pro: Superb location! The location is probably the best aspect of the room. It is in a quiet side street, but only minutes away from San Marco, the Rialto and other attractions. While the room is very basic (bring your own toiletries), the kettle and small refrigerator meant that I could keep some basics on hand to make breakfast or a salad for supper. My towels were changed every day and bed linen changed every third day. It is a bit tight quarters for two, but fine for a single person.

Contro: The floor could have done with a mop and a broom (dust bunnies everywhere), and the tiny card table for the kettle is just too small and fragile to be useful for anything else. I had to do some work, and was forced to work on my lap on the bed. I also had to buy an extension cord so that I could plug my devices in. Replacing the delicate table with a slightly larger table and providing an extension cord for electronics would really make a big difference. And when will Europe discover insect screens? The mosquitoes were gnarly, even with the provided mozzie repellant plugged in.

Pro: From the outside it had an antique look but from inside it was extremely well maintained. It had full amenities
