Venezia sempre bella

Pro: La camera molto spaziosa il letto comodo e dalla finestra una bella vista, la signora Savina ci ha dato delle info utili per vedere una parte di Venezia per noi ancora da scoprire.

Contro: nulla

Perfetto

Pro: Il proprietario è una persona meravigliosa. Ci ha aiutato in tutto. La camera è molto pulita. Il bagno è molto pulito. La posizione è molto vicina al porto di arsanela. È possibile raggiungere a piedi sia i luoghi tranquilli della zona che le attrazioni turistiche. Grazie mille per tutto

Pro: Gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host, posizione della struttura

Contro: Il bagno è esterno, ma adiacente alla stanza e quindi comunque molto comodo

Pro: stanza ampia e luminosa. bagno ampio con finestra. proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. posizione ottima: a 10 min a piedi da piazza San Marco, a 1 min dalla fermata del vaporetto “Arsenale”.

Contro: bagno privato esterno alla camera (ma comunque vicinissimo)

Prima volta a Venezia

Pro: Posizione favolosa in un bellissimo quartiere di Venezia, ben collegato. Accoglienza adeguata e disponibilità dell’host molto apprezzata. Rapporto qualità - prezzo buono!

Fab house, location, spacious, comfortable room, wonderful host.

Pro: Lovely atmosphere, old house but spacious and light unlike so many properties in Venice. Savina is a wonderful host and made us so at home. Really generous. Great value and brilliant location.

Lovely traditional room while visiting the Biennale

Pro: The location was perfect for ferry access and visiting the Biennale. It’s right near the waterfront but away from the crowded St Marks and Grand Canal - both of which however are easily accessible. Nearby Via Garibaldi has lots of good and reasonably priced restaurants and you can watch a slice of Venetian life. The host who lives on site and has a leather goods shop nearby was delightful and friendly and went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. Good internet. Lovely traditional building with windows opening onto a canal and garden

Contro: The bathroom is separate from the room but adjacent and accessed with a key. This was fine for me and in fact preferable to having a bathroom in the room as in some modern hotels but some may not like.

All you need is there

Pro: Excellent location, easy to reach from the airport by a direct boat, close to the main streets and squares, lots of shops and restaurants, nearby an amazing park. The host is an amazing, friendly and very supportive lady.

Pro: The location is wonderfull. There are more caffe bars and restaurants around. Mrs Savina is very nice host who gave us all needed informations we asked. Great for us who visit Biennale.

Contro: The bathroom is separate from the room, but it is next door.

La casa del mercante

Pro: Savina was a perfect host, the room and bathroom were spacious, it was very helpful to have a fridge, aircon and wifi and the view was gorgeous, as was the location! Right next to the arsenale waterbus stop and my husband loved how close we were to both the arsenal and naval museum, along with being very close to the giardini and a lot of lovely restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Upon arrival we were greeted by Savina, given a map and some recommendations, had a lovely chat with her and were told to message if we needed anything, and the bottle of prosecco in the room definitely didn't go amiss! Wouldn't change a thing and will likely return :)
