Perfect getaway for anyone wanting to experience everything Venice has to offer

Pro: We had such a lovely stay at Eva’s Flat. Great facilities and fantastic location - perfect to be close to the action but away from the tourists. The property was clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed and Stefano was fantastic in helping us with recommendations and similar. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Comfortable, great location, super host.

Pro: The place is really well equipped, especially the kitchen. Had every little thing you could think of needing (apart from a kettle). Generously sized and the air conditioning offered some serious relief in the hot weather. Good location, quiet residential street. Host was really good with communication and left us some welcome items that were much appreciated. Terrace area was great to spend time especially for breakfast, lovely view.

Contro: One of the only things I could think the apartment needs is a shelf inside the shower to put your soap. This is really so minor, overall the place is great for the cost

Pro: A wonderful value for the price, and a nice quiet escape from the tourism of Venice! Within walking distance of the waterbus and multiple restaurants (including a great one across the canal from flat!). Stefano the host is super helpful and met us with the keys and a tour of the flat. A great option if you want to cook some of your own meals and have a quiet place to chill.

Pro: The location and view were very nice, with a sunny balcony and two markets within a short walk. The apartment has a good layout and is well equipped.

Contro: The furniture could be refreshed a bit but is perfectly useable.

Perfekte Wohnung am Lido

Pro: Stefano hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert, er war freundlich und sehr schnell in allem. Die Wohnungslage ist super. 5 Minuten Fussweg zum freien Strand, 15 Minuten ins nette Ortszentrum. Alles war sehr geräumig und ruhig gelegen - erholsam nach einem langen Tag in der Altstadt.

Contro: Fussweg zum Vaporetto- Anleger mit Gepäck war lästig, weil die Busse nur selten fahren.
