Pro: A lovely place, within walking distance from both vaporetto and ferry. The beach is within stone's throw and there's a supermercato open daily, so you can get all supplies, perfecet Italian quality, and have great meals cooked in the appartment. The appartment itself was supplied with everything you need. A fine view from the window, a canal and a picturesque garden. All the local people were friendly and goodnatured. Grazie mille!

Contro: I cannot say much that I didn't like, it's for the money a perfect bargain. The owner and manager was always helpful and friendly, so not really anything to mention.

Pro: Great place to stay in Venice when you travel as a family with kids. They can go for a walk to the beach easily, it's very close. Marco (the host) is really nice, helpful and speaks English fluently. The apartment is very cosy. We could stay there forever...

It is really not to be missed！ The actual accommodation is even more cozy than the photos, and the price is very reasonable. Compared with staying on the noisy main island, I recommend staying here more. Maybe we will come again next time! Marco and his wife are very kind and friendly. My boyfriend and I brought our mothers to travel. He explained everything to us very carefully and provided everything we need. Our mothers were very touched and felt that they met very good people. 🥰😆We are very lucky. 🏠The location is also great. It is quiet in the hustle and bustle. Looking at the main island on the other side, the transportation is very convenient and fast, and you can have a quiet place. You can walk to the beach in a few steps. It is completely different from the main island. It is very suitable for walking and enjoying the tranquility.
