Excellent hosts Massimo and Elizabetta were kind and accommodating and we were treated very well

Pro: Location in Mestre Near pizza parlour and supermarket Quiet street with very little traffic or noise and close to the team line The electric window shutters for safety and darkness and kept the apartment cool good air con Security features like security gates and buzzers

Warm, welcoming and wonderful

Pro: Massimo and Elisabetta met me when I arrived to hand over keys. They showed me around to explain how everything worked. They were very very nice. The apartment is truly exceptional. Very high standards of cleanliness, the rooms are all very large and very comfortable. They left a lovely breakfast basket which was very welcome as there was a day when I didn't go out for breakfast so I didn't have to think about what to have. I would definitely try and book for my next trip to Venice. The apartment is only a short walk from the bus/tram stops. It was a home away from home. Grazie mille Massimo and Elisabetta

Pro: The location was great with very short walk to access public transport into Venice. We were met upon arrival by hosts and were given a map of Venice with great suggestions and instructions on how to get around using the vaporetto. It was a wonderful trip and great place to stay with a family.

Pro: The apartment was very clean and modern, very well appointed. We were very pleased to have secure parking as we had a top box secured to our roof.

Pro: Spacious, clean, secure and like new apartment. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of space in living area and kitchen. Having a washing machine available was a great help. Convenient location for boarding tram into Venice. Nice 10-15 minute walk into center of Mestre with shopping and restaurants to choose from. A wonderful stay complemented with amazing hosts who greeted us and took time to introduce the area to us as pseudo tour guide on where to go and recommendations on restaurants; mapping them all out for us. Friendly and welcoming and just wonderful to interact with.

On top of that, their local tips were invaluable—thanks to their guidance, we were able to navigate Venice like seasoned visitors, discovering hidden gems and making the most of our time in the city. Contro: The neighbors threw a party one of the evenings and were a bit noisy, but this is not a fault of the hosts or the property.
