Pro: La posizione era perfetta, l’appartamento pulito, perfettamente attrezzato. La vista sui canali di Venezia indimenticabile. Alessia è stata gentilissima, ha rifornito l’appartamento con tutto l’occorrente (caffè, yogurt e latte e perfino struccatore) e ci ha saputo dare molto consigli su dove andare! Se torneremo a Venezia, torneremo molto volentieri qui. Grazie

Perfetto Capodanno a Venezia

Pro: Spaziosa comoda pulita funzionale tranquilla. Nel sestiere di Cannaregio, a due passi dal ponte alle Guglie, 10 min a piedi dalla stazione. Host molto simpatiche e professionali.

Pro: Una casa bellissima appena ristrutturata con molta cura. Ottima anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli.

A beautiful home in Venice

Pro: Beautiful large apartment, very clean, great location, apartment had everything you need for a family break. We loved both terraces... one with a hot tub where we ate breakfast, and the other on the roof where we sunbathed and had evening cocktails. Alessia who met us at check in gave us a thorough run through of the property, provided some basic breakfast items (milk, juice, yoghurt, jams and pastries), gave us recommendations for nearby cafes, restaurants and a supermarket etc. She was wonderful and easy to contact. It's easy to reach the apartment from the airport using the Alilaguna orange line and disembarking opposite the apartment at the Guglia stop. We would happily return!

Convenient, comfortable and impressive apartment in the best area to,stay in our opinion, Cannaregio.

Pro: Beautiful apartment in the convenient Cannaregio area of Venice close enough to walk from Santa Lucia Train Station but away from the hustle and bustle of the Saint Marco area. Our group - 2 couples, enjoyed this well layed out and comfortable apartment where we were also able to take the Vaperetti /ferry a short walk from the apartment to many locations when we were tired of walking. The host’s representative met on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Contro: The 2nd bathroom is very small - not for large people and the toilet seat was broken at the time by the previous guests, which the hosts were in the process of fixing and were apologetic about.

Pro: Little noisy as construction going on. But staff was fantastic.

Contro: Showers were not functioning properly, 2nd toilet seat was broken, and no privacy in second bathroom.

Ale is a great host, we loved our stay! Recommended 100%

Pro: Beautiful apartment, very clean, great rooftop terrace and on top of that even a hot tub to unwind, a super place!

Contro: Some fresh options for breakfast would have made it perfect, but we enjoyed nevertheless all the food and drink items that were at our disposal.

Clean and comfortable. Loaded with character and charm.

Pro: Great location and close walk from the train station. On more of the outskirts but we liked being away from the hustle and tourists. Host was fabulous and organised a water taxi for us and offered to keep our luggage after check out. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. Spa was clean and new. Highly recommend. Loved the styling and beams and character of the place.

Pro: Very nice apartment as a home away from home. We were welcomed in a very warm and kind way that we couldn’t ask for more. A convenient location to either train station or restaurants, water bus. References given by the owner were topnotch. Thank you!

Contro: The staircase to the apartment is quite a challenge for heavy luggages but manageable for us though.
