Contro: Il termostato forse deve essere tarato meglio. Il primo giorno è stato caldissimo, nonostante la temperatura indicata(19 gradi). Non è comunque stato un problema.

Pro: Struttura molto pulita e in ottime condizioni. Tutto perfettamente funzionante. Casa grande e accogliente e in un’ottima posizione! Una particolare nota di merito per Rudi, persona squisita che gestisce la struttura.

Pro: Appartamento pulito con una bella vista sui tetti veneziani, in una posizione silenziosa. Gentilezza e grande disponibilità del gestore. Da tenere assolutamente in considerazione per futuri soggiorni.

Wonderful appartment

Pro: The owner is such a nice man. He also showed us around in the neighborhood. The location is fantastic.

Contro: There is a double bed and a single bed. We were three adults and the single bed was not very comfortable for an adult.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable, well-located apartment

Pro: Excellent location, very convenient but away from the main tourist tracks. Main bedroom was very comfortable, and the view from the second bedroom was delightful. Good bathroom facilities

Contro: We found the living room rather dark in the evenings with 2 not very comfortable chairs. This didn't spoil things for us as we were out much of the time anyway, but a small sofa/comfy chairs and reading lighting would have been even better

Pro: A wonderfully helpful host, with excellent communication even before check-in. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in. The location is excellent, on a quiet street, overlooking an inner courtyard. The apartment is located on the first floor, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay for three people. Thank you so much, Rudi!

Great stay - Great Location - Rudi is lovely!

Pro: Rudi was great. He met my brother and I to hand over the keys. We had a great stay. The apartment is very well situated - spacious with great facilities. The second bed was a little uncomfortable but that’s all. Everything else was great and would stay again! Rudi was also very kind and helpful.

Fabulous host, wonderful apartment and ideal location.

Pro: The host, Rudi, went above and beyond our expectations. He met us at the water taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. He helped carry our bags up the stairs and explained how everything worked. He is an exceptional human being. The kitchen and washroom were well stocked. The apartment was very clean, airconditioned and bright. The location was excellent. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. You could walk to San Marco Piazza and Rialto Bridge.

Contro: If you have a hard time with stairs than this is not the property for you. That is the only negative aspect of this property.

Perfect location for exploring the historic city of Venice

Pro: The flat is very nice. The location is amazing and the host has been very helpful. He even came to pick us up from the water station and showed us to the flat.

Contro: Too many stairs, however, it's the perfect opportunity to exercise.
