Pro: Everything was excellent! The host Filippo was very kind, the location was in a very nice area, the apartment was very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. We spent 2 wonderful days.

Pro: everything superlative the owner waited for us to late check in , even if it was at 10 pm, she gave us all the necessary information, smiling and very welcoming, even a welcome package for breakfast, which is appreciated. the apartment is very large, clean, 2 balconies, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, in a very quiet area and direct T1 transport to Venice, in 25 minutes you are on the island. Shops, pizzerias with very good products are nearby. I strongly recommend this accommodation unit

Pro: המארח פיליפו בחור קסם ומאד נדיב. הדירה מאד גדולה ומרגישים בה כמו בבית. פיליפו ואמא שלו דאגו שהשהיה שלנו תיהיה בדירה בצורה הכי נוחה שאפשר. בלי קשר רציתי לציין את פיליפו שהיה מאד אנושי, ביום הראשון שהגענו היינו צריכים לעזוב את הדירה הקודמת והיינו צריכים מונית שתיקח אותנו ואת כל המזודות אבל לא היה תחבורה ציבורית עקב שביתה. התקשרנו לפיליפו שאולי הוא מכיר איזה אפשרות של תחבורה כדי להגיע אליו. הוא מיד הציע את עצמו והגיע די מהר לקחת אותנו ואת כל הציוד ואפילו סחב בעצמו את המזודות.

Pro: Alojamiento recomendadisimo. Superlimpio, recien reformado y cómodo. Facil acceso a Venecia con tranvia/bus. La casa es amplia y comoda camas comodas, superlimpio y barrio tranquilo. La huesped nos estuvo recomendado y ayudando durante toda la estancia.
Contro: No hay nada que no me gustase.

Tolles Quartier für entspannten Venedig-Urlaub
Pro: Riesige Wohnung, supernette Vermieter (kümmerten sich bei kaputtem Vorzimmerlicht um sofortige Reparatur, reagierten immer umgehend auf alle Fragen), Plattenspieler mit umfangreicher Plattensammlung, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
Contro: Eigentlich kein Problem der Unterkunft, aber vielleicht wichtig zu wissen: Es gibt eine super Verbindung per Tram nach Venedig, allerdings fällt diese aus unterschiedlichen Gründen aus und wird durch einen Bus ersetzt, der zu den Stoßzeiten noch überfüllter ist als die Tram. Die Stoßzeit am Morgen war (für uns unerwartet spät) um ca. 10 Uhr.

Excellent place for a family with all home essentials.
Pro: Excellent for family. Feel like home. Nearby tram / bus stop.
Contro: Everything went well. With the addition of the following, stay could have been really excellent. Addition of bathroom foot mats both at shower and tub could have been very useful. A smart TV with Netflix/Amazon prime & Youtube apps could have been great to children.
