Pro: Casa molto accogliente, ben arredata e dotata di ogni cosa. Lo staff eccezionale, super tempestivo nei messaggi, ci ha accolto con un panettone in omaggio per noi. Camere grandi e silenzionse, lletti comodi. Bagno ben curato. Cucina dotata di ogni elettrodomestico e utensile. Sala da pranzo top, salotto top. Terrazzo esterno grande. Dista 50metri dalla fermata del bus 4L che in 10minuti porta a venezia.

Pro: Questo non è un semplice appartamento, ma è una struttura a 5 stelle. Casa arredata con gusto, pulitissima, con presenza di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Posizione centrale con diffronte supermercati, bar, Mcdonalds… fermata autobus a 100 metri. Host disponibile e gentilissimo.
Contro: L’unica pecca, è che il nostro soggiorno era troppo breve..

Pro: A smooth and comfortable stay from 29th to 30th March. The apartment was clean, well‑kept, and thoughtfully prepared, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Communication with Anaa was clear and friendly, and the check‑in process was straightforward. The space offered everything needed for a short, hassle‑free stay, with a calm environment that made it easy to relax. Overall, a positive experience and a place I would gladly book again.

We were personally having a dreadful time, this stay enabled us to have a safe comfortable, homely stay through the toug
Pro: The location, the facilities, the welcome from the owners
Contro: There were a couple of things lol the shower head falling off the wall, and the kitchen cupboards being misaligned that were slightly annoying, but nothing tha would stop be staying again or reccomending to a friend!

Pro: Our stay was in a very central area in Mestre, convenient and accessible to everything – public transportation with easy access to both buses and trains, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. The location allows easy access to Venice while still being in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well-organized, and comfortable. From the very first moment, we felt we were in good hands. Andrea and the team were available, kind, and professional, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. They checked in on us, made sure everything was fine, and were there for any question or request. Their personal care and attention truly made all the difference. Highly recommended ❤️

A great base & cheaper option for visiting Venice
Pro: A wonderful host who sent very good & clear instructions prior to arriving & he met us at the property to explain everything. A short walk from the train station, the apartment block & apartment itself were very dated in appearance but that was fine with us as the property itself was huge & the kids loved a big room each to themselves & it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It was very close to the bus stop that takes you over to Venice & there was a huge supermarket across the road with a nice big McDonald's to keep the kids happy.. The host was very quick to reply to any queries we had throughout our stay. Thankyou.
Contro: Our Initial impressions of the surrounding area wasn't the nicest as we walked the back streets from the station to the property & we had a couple of problems with the key not turning when trying to get in the building (someone else had same issue & said it was a problem with the lock) These were small issues that didn't spoil our stay or experience

Pro: Nice big comfortable apartment. Bathroom facilities are exceptional - lots of towels, slippers, soaps etc. The bed is hard, but that's how I like it. I was very satisfied with the property management service. I would recommend it to others.
Contro: The back room on the right opens onto the main road. Of course, this is the noisiest room. There is less traffic from 12 midnight to 6 am, but after that the city starts to get busy. The kitchen furniture could do with a renovation. The doors of the kitchen furniture are hanging and do not close properly.
