Marco Venice Apartment

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo e con tutti i confort. Posizione davvero strategica. Supermercato di fronte, parcheggio non custodito o parcheggio custodito a pagamento a 100mt. Fermata del pullman 4L che ti porta in meno di 10 minuti in centro a Venezia. Il proprietario Marco gentilissimo e ci ha accolto per darci le chiavi e accompagnarci all'interno.

Pro: Walter is amazing, so caring and helpful, so it seemed that I visit a brother, not just apartment, he helped with restaurants recommendations, left a detailed description of how to get to the island and answered all our questions. In apartment there are also some books about Venice. If you don't know anything about Venice and don't have time to discover information, you can book this apartment and be sure, that you will find everything here. Apartment is clear, has enough space, big dining area for family, good beds and nice balcony. There is a big grocery in 3 minutes.

Fantastic apartment

Pro: Lovely, clean, modern, spacious apartment. Close to bus stop and very handy with shop across the road. Bed was comfy and blackout blinds were great! Walter was fantastic- great communication which made check in easy, alongside tips for the stay. We also knew that we could easily contact him if we needed anything.

Contro: Location is perfect for Venice Mestre, but you do have to accept that you will be on the bus in and out of Venice, if that is the purpose of your visit. It is only 10 minutes on the bus, but in a dream world I would move this apartment into Venice itself!

Pro: It was a spacious accommodation for two people to stay in. Clean, well-organized, and close to the bus stop for the trip to Venice. The host explained the usage of the app for bus tickets in detail and the consideration was excellent. Also, you asked me the information I needed before checking in and answered my questions in very detail.. Also, the host helped me when I parked the vehicle.. There were two big supermarkets nearby.

Contro: The accommodation is on the side of the road, so there is noise after a big truck..

Pro: The host was very quick in responding to all queries. He explained how to conveniently access all the places for sightseeing, eating and shopping. The apartment is elegant, spacious and comfortable with an elevator . A chilled bottle of wine was a sweet welcome gesture. Across the road is a Mc Donald and big mall for fresh food and ready to heat and eat. Just below the building is a wonderful cafe for freshly baked croissant. At the end of the lane is the L 4 bus stop that takes you to Venice from where you travel further in with Vaporettos . It's very easy and not as scary , as we imagined it to be. The host explains everything so clearly with written instructions in multiple languages. The alacrity of his text response to our questions is amazing. Lightning speed! Host Walter was there to welcome us, accommodate our request for early check in and even gave us a ride to the airport as a special favour. We highly recommend this apartment.

Exceptional stay

Pro: Walter is an amazing host and we received a warm welcome and a tour of the apartment on our arrival. The location is excellent, with a Spar and Mac Donalds across the road. The bus stop is around the corner. The bus takes one directly to Venice which is a 10 min ride. The accommodation is comfortable, modern and very well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to make a meal if you do not wish to eat out. All the necessary appliances are on hand should you need them including a washing machine. A great stay and if we return to Venice we would definitely choose this property before any other. Thank you Walter.

Pro: We had an amazing time! The apartment itself is wonderful, and only a short bus ride outside of Venice. The host was very friendly and showed us the best way to purchase bus tickets, as well as providing a selection of local restaurant recommendations. He also contacted us beforehand and made us aware that we were able to book tickets to watch the Festa Del Redentore fireworks which happened to be celebrated during our stay. The apartment itself is very clean and well furnished, with excellent air-conditioning. Cooking equipment and cleaning products are provided. I would thoroughly recommend
