Fantastic
Pro: Loved our stay here on The Lido - Martina was helpful in answering questions before we arrived and was very easy to contact- such a lovely lady and easily contactable if needed. The location is fabulous- 10 mins walk from the water taxi, really easy to pop over to Venice and surrounding areas. The Lido is a Venice bonus for its close proximity to Venice, but lovely to get away from the crowds. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance and the added bonus of a lovely beach ( 5 mins walk from the apartment) The transport system is so efficient and easy to use. The apartment is in a lovely quiet residential street and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, great comfy beds, air conditioning and the added bonus of a courtyard garden. If we return to the Lido we would definitely stay at Martina's place again :)

Clean, comfortable and very convenient location, especially if using the bicycles.
Pro: Free bicycles available to use at the property which made our stay extra special. Great for commuting to the vaporetto station as well as for exploring Lido.
Contro: Like many properties in Venice also this one is suffering from the damp.

Perfect location for the best of both worlds.
Pro: Location was great, convenient for both Lido and Venice; perfect for beach days or something more cultural. Enjoyed the private garden too. Lovely thoughtful touches eg umbrellas, bicycles, etc. Nicely decorated.

Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Gegend
Pro: Pro: - schöne, ruhige Gegend - Nah am Strand, Autofähre und Zentrum (je 5 Minuten) - Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus an der Straße (es war immer was frei) - Ausstattung modern und sauber (war uns sehr wichtig) - schnelle flexible Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Martina (der Check-in konnte ganz spontan früher stattfinden, als wir eine frühere Fähre bekommen haben. Martina hat uns außerdem beraten, wie wir am besten anreisen) - schönes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man so braucht und noch mehr (Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Bad mit Dusche und großem Waschbecken, bequemes Bett (eine Seltenheit in Italien ^^), kostenlose Fahrräder zum ausleihen, schöne Terrasse mit. Sonnenschirm und Tischen/ Stühlen) Fazit: ein wirklich schönes Häuschen in perfekter Gegend, alles sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet - können wir als Pärchen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! :)
Contro: Contra: - nichts (außer vielleicht dass tagsüber oft Hunde bellen, hat uns aber nicht großartig gestört)

Unbedingt zu empfehlen.
Pro: Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten in wenigen Metern Entfernung waren nie ein Problem. Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Die ganze Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der große Innenhof mit angrenzenden Gärten. Ein unschätzbarer Vorteil ist, dass Ankunft und Abfahrt auch unter der Woche möglich sind. Beim persönlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin haben wir uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.
Contro: Für die oberste Etage der Küchenschränke müsste ein Auftritt vorhanden sein.

Sehr liebe Unterkunft mit liebe zum Detail und einer toller Gastgeberin!
Pro: Es war sehr angenehm und ruhig. Es gab eine kleine Terrasse (ebenerdig) und das Bett war gemütlich. Mir hat die helle Einrichtung gefallen und dass die Gastgeberin extrem freundlich war! 5 Sterne für Martina! So eine liebe Frau! Danke für den Föhn und das extra Leintuch! Lg aus Wien 🥰
Contro: Es war dann doch etwas weiter zu den Geschäften und Restaurants wie gedacht. Und leider hatte das Apartment einen modrigen Geruch! Trotzdem würden wir wieder buchen!

So, wie man sich einen Urlaub in Italien vorstellt.
Pro: Zuerst einmal hat mir die Unterkunft gefallen. Ideal für einen Urlaub zu zweit, oder mit Kind. Das Kind müssteallerdings auf dem Sofa schlafen. Die Unterkunft ist kühl, was im Sommer wichtig ist. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich. CheckIN und CheckOut liefen unkompliziert. Wir konnten das außerhalb der Standardzeiten erledigen. Lage: in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, 5 min zum Strand und ca 10 min zur Fähre. Die nächste Pizzeria ist um die Ecke (ok, es sind zwei Ecken). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Bonus: es sind zwei Fahrräder verfügbar.
