Pro: Clean, modern aparment, and quiet area. Very close to the train station, 2 min walk which was great if you go to Venice.

Beautiful apartment in Spinea

Pro: Beautiful apartment in Spinea, close to Venezia. The apartment we stayed was located on the first floor, had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living-dining-kitchen and a huge balcony. It looked exactly as in the photos and was well cleaned when we arrived. Self check-in and check-out were available, wifi was working well. The building had private parking. Communication with the host was great! We recommend it and hope to come back again!

Contro: One of the single beds was not so comfortable, more suitable for a kid, not an adult.

Great location! Modern, clean and spacious accommodation close to all amenities you need.

Pro: Excellent location! Very convenient location to travel to and from Venice without payment the exorbitant hotel pricing. Walking distance to train station, 2 large supermarkets, restaurants and even a laundromat, McDonalds etc. Would definitely stay there again! Our property supervisor Caterina was accessible, always accommodating and very friendly. thank you!

Contro: Perhaps making available Wi-fi and maybe even washing facilities for guests who are requiring accommodation for a longer stay.

Great apartment, very spacious and fantastic location.

Pro: Fantastic property very close to the Spinea train station. The apartment was new and had great natural sunlight.

Contro: The WiFi wasn’t available, I was told that since this is a new property, the WiFi will be available soon.

Pro: Host was very responsive and assisted us even though we had lost our way in the highways.

Pro: Apartment is spacious and modern in newly build building with free parking in front. Location is great just 5 min walk to the nearby train station. The host (Caterina) greeted us on time and communication in person and over phone was nice. She was available and helpful, also replied quickly on our questions.

Contro: It was a bit cold in the apartment the first day of our stay. Also no wifi service which is clearly stated but we didn't read beforehand.

Pro: The apartment was clean and neat, and in good approximaty from the train station to Venice, The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Contro: Juste pour écrire un truc : ventilation bruyante dans l’une deux salle d’eau.
