Pro: Struttura in posizione ottimale a Spinea,parcheggio di fronte,stazione del treno a 3 minuti con la macchina dove poi si può parcheggiare e con 3 euro (in treno sulla tratta Bassano/Venezia)raggiungere comodamente Venezia in poco tempo.

Contro: Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, ho sbagliato io a non specificare che mi servivano due camere matrimoniali, qui di ci si è adattati

Pro: Appartamento perfettamente pulito e luminoso, curato nei minimi dettagli. Possiede di tutti i comfort ed è situato in una zona tranquilla di Spinea (vicinissima a Venezia, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi). Che dire, di meglio non potevamo trovare…ci ritorneremo sicuramente e volentieri.❤️

Pro: Tutto perfetto, struttura nuovissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione centrale con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze, proprietari molto disponibili e gentili.

Contro: Nulla. Impossibile lamentarsi di qualcosa.

Clean apartment with a very nice terrace

Pro: The small terrace was the greatest part of the apartment to hang in the evening and to have morning coffee there. In the kitchen all of the basics were provided (salt, pepper, a bit of olive oil, tablets for the dishwasher, trash bags). There is a big free parking just across the street. The apartment has air conditioning in the hallway and living room, so it cools the whole apartment in the hot days.

Contro: The spare bed is not as comfortable as regular bed, but nothing too serious.

Great stay and easy access to Venice

Great location, great amenities, extremely clean with some minor issues

Pro: Great location. Good access to public transport, and a 20 minute drive by car to Venice. The apartment was clean and stocked with anything needed for comfort (tea, sugar, salt,pepper, towels, etc) The main bed was very comfortable. one of the single beds was a cot, which was less ideal.

Contro: The wifi was very weak in the apartment. outside the living room it barely worked. I raised this issue with the hostess, and she got a technician to try and improve the situation, but it didn't help. Also, the unit has a washer-dryer combo, and for the life of me, i couldn't get it to dry the clothes. In a \

Pro: Our family travels a lot and we value the most important thing - cleanliness. These apartments are extremely clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything and even more. The location is ideal - transport, shops, church. We really, really liked it, thank you for your hospitality. We wish you good visitors who will protect your work and enjoy your rest.
