Sant'Aponal Cozy Apartment with Balcony R&R

Ottima esperienza in pieno centro a Venezia

Pro: Appartamento moderno dotato di tutti i comfort in pieno centro. Spazioso, pulito, piccolo spazio esterno riparato (non ha vista ma molto piacevole). Bagno grande.

Contro: Da sapere che è un terzo piano senza ascensore , nulla di grave ma con il passeggino avrei preferito fosse specificato bene

Pro: Appartamento centrale, pulitissimo e ben accessoriato. Una menzione speciale alla comodità di materassi e cuscini.. top

Pro: Posizione centralissima ma silenziosa, appartamento appena ristrutturato e dotato di tutto il necessario Ci tornerò sicuramente

Pro: Vengo spesso a Venezia, ma non mi sono mai trovata così bene come in questo appartamento! Tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza fino alla comodità del materasso e dei cuscini. Questo appartamento è una garanzia!

Great location, newly renovated apartment, no complaints!

Pro: The location of this apartment was PERFECT, close to everything. The apartment itself was also so beautiful, clean and the beds were very comfy!

Contro: The only downside was the stairs and having to lug our luggage up them, but we were prepared for this as it's stated in the listing!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and well positioned apartment.

Pro: Location - Excellent location. Very close walk to all of the main attractions and overlooking a charming little square filled with restaurants and cafes. It was also handy having the vaporetto stop so close. Apartment - Nicely renovated clean apartment. Comfortable for a family of 5. Host - Easy to communicate with and was always very responsive.

Contro: This is not the fault of the apartment but there are a substantial amount of stairs to get to the apartment and there is no lift! This is fine without luggage but lugging 5 suitcases up those stairs was not easy!

Oasis in Venice

Pro: Lovely large modern apartment. Good facilities and staff were great to get you checked in and help in any way. Quiet and air conditioned. Very central location.

Contro: The mattress was very soft and needs replaced. The TV remote didn't work and so therefore neither did the TV.

Really clean and cute apartment in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Pro: Very cute apartment and super clean. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Great location in a less touristy area. We just happened to stay on the May Day long weekend so lots of fun going on but it didn't interfere with our stay in any way. Even didn't hear the noise of fun going on below. We met someone from the property group who was very communicative with us before and helped us get a water taxi after to head to the airport. She was great and helped us find a restaurant for a celebration - away from the touristy area.

Contro: My only suggestion for the owners would be to improve a couple of the kitchen items, both the kettle and the Nespresso machine were broken. We could use but they need to be fixed (broken kettle spout and Nespresso machine button had to be held down and cup tray didn't stay attached). Also the sofa bed was very sunken in the middle, might need to be replaced. My teen son stayed on it, but it did not look comfortable for an adult.

Nice stay very close to Rialto bridge

Pro: The location was great and the host was very helpful with all our needs.

Contro: The floor was not 100% clean and no elevator.

Pro: Great location, minutes from the Rialto Bridge! The apartment is beautifully renovated. Lots of restaurants around & everything is within walking distance. Balcony was beautiful!

Contro: The key to enter building is tricky. Only 1 card was provided to enter the apartment, which posed a problem one night when we forgot the card inside & couldn't get in. The lovely Beatrice was very helpful & met us after her work hours to help us out. More coffee pods would be nice for the price we paid.
