Rialto Sant'Aponal Prestige by Wonderful Italy

Pro: Appartamento molto curato e in ottima posizione. Le camere sono spaziose con etti comodi e armadi ben organizzati. Anche la cucina è ben attrezzata e arredata. Bagno super funzionale. Un fiore all' occhiello e' infine il palazzo dove si trova l' appartamento, con bellissima vista sul campo sottostante

Pro: Appartamento ampio e confortevole. Ottima posizione.

Contro: Forte odore nella scala interna di accesso.

Pro: Appartamento spazioso, eccellente ubicazione, confortevole e pulito con buone dotazioni

Contro: Le pompe di calore sono molto rumorese, soprattutto quella della seconda camera e del soggiorno, in pratica se uno vuole dormire è costretto a tenerle spente. Il braccio della doccia è rotto pertanto fare la doccia è davvero scomodo perchè deve essere retto con una mano. La seconda camera da sopra una via abbastanza trafficata, quindi non è molto silenziosa ma a finestre chiuse gestibile. Noi abbiamo avuto sfortuna perchè la seconda sera uno dei condomini ha lasciato la sveglia accesa alle 5.30 senza spengerla ed ha continuato a suonare fino alle 6.00, quindi purtroppo ci ha rovinato il riposo.

Ci tornerei anche domani!

Contro: Bagno maleodorante, come spesso capita a Venezia

bell alloggio comodissimo a rialto! a un passo da tutto.

Pro: la posizione perfetta per rialto molto comoda davvero! tutto nuovo l alloggio, pulito, bel bagno, due camere da letto spaziose e graziose. porta blindata.

Contro: le camere da letto hanno i doppi vetri le finistre sono nuovissime, MA ahimè il sabato sera la stanza da letto piu piccolina da su una stradina molto stretta da cui passano un sacco di persone tornando a casa o uscendo per divertirsi quindi difficile prendere sonno facilmente prima della mezzanotte, se si ha sonno leggero. l'altra stanza affaccia sulla piazzettina molto bella ma anche li al sabato sera c e sicuro parecchio movimento di giovani. per il resto tutto molto bene.

We enjoyed our stay!

Pro: The location, stay and facilties were incredible. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back here on our next stop to Venice in the future.

Contro: Nothing. Everything was as expected.

Beautiful apartment close to attractions.

Pro: The apartment was beautiful, located in a little square next to a church with 2 restaurants in the square plus a wine bar nearby. Very close to vaporetto stop S. Silvestro on Line 1. 15 mins walk to St Mark's Square and just 5 min to Rialto bridge.

Contro: We picked the wrong Vaporetto queue on arrival at Venezia St Lucia train station which led to lengthy delays. Once in the stop there was no way to exit. Not a fault of the apartment itself but more detailed instructions for arrival would have helped.

A great apartment in a wonderful part of Venice!

Pro: We loved our stay at the Railto Sant'Aponal apartment. The apartment is located a quieter part of the city however is a short walk to all the major attractions. The apartment overlooks a quaint square with two great eateries at your doorstep and even more options for great coffee, local pastries and bistro style food options in the adjoining laneways. The apartment is spacious and modern with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and a washing machine located in the apartment (which was great when travelling with kids). Windows are double glazed which is handy at night as the laneways around the apartment can be lively at night. Excellent communication with the host via WhatsApp.

Contro: It would be nice to have some tea/coffee provisions on arrival and more cleaning products (especially if you are staying for a longer time as we were). I'm not sure there is much that can be done about the occasional smell in the bathroom too.

Nice place, good location and comfy bed.

Pro: Very roomy apartment with two bedrooms and separate lounge/kitchen area. Modern interior nicely decorated. Separate washing machine and clothes hanger. Air conditioning in every room. It is in a small piazza which means you have more light and sense of space albeit it can make it slightly noisier.

Contro: There was a smell that permeated from the bathroom shower for the last few days. I was advised this can happen in the period of rain and low pressure (albeit there was only one day that had a few rain showers). Also there was no washing powder provided. All other places we stayed at provided this. It is hard when you are going around Italy to carry washing powder and we had to buy a box. Also one dishwasher tablet for a four day stay is not great.

Excellent, 10/10

Pro: I liked everything, nice, illuminated, and it couldn't be cleaner, really impeccable. All the facilities were like new. I really loved it and would repeat it a thousand times.

Contro: I liked everything, but it is important to know that it is on the second floor and there is no elevator, for people with less mobility or baby strollers.
