Pro: Appartamento bellissimo dotato di ogni comfort,arredato con grande gusto . All arrivo abbiamo trovato fiori freschi in un raffinato vaso di murano. Grazie alla posizione strategica abbiamo avuto la possibilità di godere della città in tutte le sue affascinanti sfaccettature. La nostra host Sara è stata per noi un prezioso punto di riferimento sempre disponibile nel fornire suggerimenti per ogni nostra necessità. Lo consiglio vivamente. Merita il massimo del punteggio.

Pro: La camera è nuova, ben arredata e pulita. La posizione é ottima, in quanto vicina alle zone più centrali. L'host Sara gentilissima e disponibilissima.

Pro: Appartamento moderno, ampio, pulito e ben accessoriato. Vicino al Ponte di Rialto. Fermate del vaporetto vicine ( S. Silvestro e Rialto Mercato). Ristoranti e bar per la colazione nei dintorni. Sara sempre disponibile per informazioni. Sicuramente consigliato!

Gioiellino a Venezia

Pro: Posizione eccellente, a 2 passi dal ponte di Rialto. Appartamento bellissimo, moderno, pulito, non mancava nulla. Sara sempre molto disponibile e gentile, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stra consigliato!!

Spacious apartment in great location.

Pro: The property is stylish and spacious, in a great area. Everything was great.

Contro: There are obviously lots of people passing by outside, so there is some noise (to be expected!) - but window shutters help.

Very clean, spatious and close to the city centre!

Pro: The apartment is perfect! We stayed 3 nights, it has everything you need. It is very close to the most important places to visit, like 7 minute from Rialdo Bridge. It is very clean, there is coffee, bath products, a lot of towels, some bottle of water, even some Coca Cola. We really enjoyed our stay there and Sara responded very quickly if we needed something.

Contro: There is nothing to say here! Everything was perfect!

Loved our stay & loved Venice!

Pro: The Casanova apartment was clean, modern, roomy, in a great location & had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, shower was hot, and good security door. Super short walk from the San Silvestro ferry stop. Short walk also to Rialto Bridge & St Mark’s Square.

Contro: Unfortunately as it overlooked a square with restaurants, & was also a thoroughfare, some very merry people made a racket well into the night. The garbage collection carts were also very noisy first thing in the morning. Bring earplugs & you’ll be fine. I was so exhausted every day that it didn’t bother me.

Pro: Amazing host who was so accomadating in my circumstances. The place and facilities was amazing and great to unwind after lots of walking. Location was great too!
