Pro: Appartamento nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Proprietario super gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso mi sono trovata molto bene, penso che ci ritornerei sicuramente. Posizione buona, comoda per visitare la città a piedi.

Contro: Non mi è piaciuto non trovare i prodotti da bagno minisize per l'igiene personale (shampoo, bagnoschiuma, sapone mani). Fortunatamente li avevo portati da casa, altrimenti avrei dovuto comprarli.

Hidden gem!

Pro: This place is truly the hidden gem of the neighborhood Cannaregio! The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the amenities one traveler should need. The area surrounding it is full of amazing restaurants, cafés, and bars. The owner is always available on WhatsApp. For sure for my next trip to Venice I will choose this place. Thank you Guilio!

Overall, a great stay!

Pro: The flat is fresh, clean, and well-furnished - everything looks exactly like in the photos. The location is amazing, in a calm and quiet district inside Venice but everything is close. Check-in was smooth; we were initially unsure about how to get in, but the host responded very quickly and was very helpful.

Quiet time in Venezia

Pro: A bright, clean and modern apartment. Everything we needed was there. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high specification. The location is perfect for me, away from the hustle of the mercerie but close to the station and ferry. Some friendly small bars close by.

Pro: Location was great and the condition of the apartment excellent. The host was always responsive and very friendly.

Contro: Apartment I suspect was set up for Italians. It did not include items such as a kettle for boiling water or even a jug we could put in a microwave. We had to boil water in a saucepan when we made tea / coffee. There was no welcome booklet to explain how to use the appliances, this resulted in issues with the washing machine. We were also surprised when at the last minute we were told we had to dispose of the rubbish ourselves. This was not a situation we expected and there was no mention of this on the check out instructions on the wall plaque at the apartment or on booking . com. This became a big issue as we were unaware of how this would work and it conflicted with our travel arrangements causing significant stress.

Just lovely

Pro: Gorgeous apartment, excellent location. Off the beaten track a bit but in a really beautiful, authenticity Venetian area. Really easy to communicate with host, replied promptly when messaged. Lovely little markets nearby selling fresh fish, lovely trattoria’s and restaurants. Apartment was spotlessly clean, beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay again if I was to go back to Venice!

An excellent value for money apartment

Pro: Excellent apartment! Recently renovated, modern and minimalistic furnishing, very clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. Excellent communication with the owner who responded immediately to questions and was willing to help. The area is very quiet, there are many options for food and drink and there is also a supermarket nearby. In addition, there is a vaporetto stop nearby with connection to both the central station and the city center. An excellent value for money apartment that I definitely recommend!
