Everything awesome! No doubts, 100% recommendation!!!
Pro: Everything was perfect! We read about this apartment in advance, so we weren't surprised a lot. Excellent location: 20 min from Piazzle Roma and only 3 bridges on the way. Cozy and quiet neighborhood, close to the centre on foot. Comfortable apartment, completely suitable for 4 adults, with everything you need, plus a gas boiler. The owner, Mara, was extra helpful and hospitable. A few words about the quality of the beds! They are extremely comfortable, and we can rest well after a long day. Eventually, it was one of the most beautiful apartments that we visited recently. 100% Recommendation 100%!

Pro: Lovely, quiet location, close to a supermarket. Well appointed, really good WiFi connection. The air-conditioning was a life saver! Great communication by the hosts. We had a wonderful stay!

Pro: Everything was perfect. The apartment is big enough for 4 people. The dining room with the kitchen is comfy to prepare meals and eat it together. The apartment was clean. Can open windows. Can use a small back yard for smoking if you're. And the magic was - very calm region of Venezia. If you wish to hear birds from the morning, but not tourists, this is the place! ☺️
Contro: We didn't find iron. Maybe it was there, but we couldn't find it. The water in the shower was always changing from hot to cold and back. But it's not the issue not to stay here once more. It was really great here and these small things couldn't spoil stay at this apartment.

Great property near the station
Pro: Great location near the Gulie waterbus stop and close to the train station Loads of restaurants nearby - quieter part of Venice but still great . Mara met us and was very helpful and friendly
Contro: No aircon in the bedrooms and lacked a mirror in one of the bedrooms but I’m being picky

Pro: The property is great in all aspects, the owner was very friendly and helpful, she allowed us an early check in, it has all the comfort one would need for a holiday. Best location, walking distance to the venice train and bus stations, would recommend it to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom apartment for a stay in Venice.

Fantastic location in Canareggio, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped ground floor apartment.
Pro: The location was excellent; very quiet but not far from the hustle and bustle of Canareggio. Although the kitchen is small and a bit dated, we were super impressed with what was provided, literally everything we needed! Nice artwork on walls. Beds were comfy, shower was good too. And spotlessly clean.
Contro: The terrace at the back looks unloved and sparse, not very inviting to have your morning coffee there. Some plants and nice furniture would make it a lovely space!

Comfortable stay
Pro: The host was lovely and met us on site which was a lovely touch, so thankyou Mara! It's always lovely to get a rundown of the place. There's a booklet from the hosts with their recommended restaurants and lots of information and the hosts were net helpful with as my questions. Having an outdoor clothes line was also a bonus, washing dried quickly! The apartment is located on the bottom floor so there's not many steps, just a couple.
Contro: Just be aware of the mosquitos, we're not from Europe and honestly didn't realise how bad they would be. There were electric mosquito repellents but we didn't realise that till our last day unfortunately. It's a bit of a walk to the main tourist areas (PiazztSan Marco) but that could also be a bonus depending on your preferences
