Daje con i cicchetti!
Pro: Struttura spaziosa e pulita in una via tranquilla, ma vicino ad alcuni locali tipici, dove incontri pochi turisti e molta gente di Venezia!Al Timon e Estro i nostri preferiti! Un supermercato è a 5 minuti! Fuori dal centro, che dista circa 15 minuti di camminata, e dal caos dei turisti! Vale la pena!
Contro: Mancava l'apribottiglie! : )

weekend perfetto a venezia
Pro: casa accogliente e confortevole, ci è piaciuto molto la zona in cui è ubicata, servita bene dai traghetti per arrivare da Piazzale Roma, ma anche raggiungibile velocemente se si vuole fare il tragitto a piedi ammirando le strade di venezia.fondamenta delle cappuzzine è un posto tranquillo, dove abitano per lo più i residenti, ben servito (c'è anche un supermarket vicino) e con trattorie e osterie a due passi dove si possono assaggiare piatti tipici veramente buoni. il nostro ospite è stato molto gentile e disponibile. se dovessimo tornare a venezia sceglierei nuovamente questo posto.

Pro: L'accoglienza e disponibilità per qualsiasi esigenza, struttura impeccabile ottima posizione zona tranquilla ma vicina a mezzi di trasporto e piccoli locali per mangiare e aperitivi. Completa di ogni attrezzatura.

Pro: Posizione tranquillissima vicino al ghetto, tanti ristorantini buoni e non turistici, casa molto grande e comoda
Contro: Il prezzo. Ma Venezia a Capodanno non si trova a prezzi più bassi

The apartment is a little gem in the heart of Cannaregio
Pro: We liked the quiet / calm location which was a 20 minute or so stroll to St Mark’s Square. There is a well stocked supermarket nearby should you choose to cook and eat in. The apartment is light and airy and spotlessly clean.
Contro: Can’t think of anything.

Pro: Lovely apartment with everything you need and a wonderful canal view. Spacious for our group of 5, with restaurants close by, a supermarket 7 minutes away, and shops 15 minutes’ walk. Easy airport access via Alilaguna Giulia stop. Frederico was friendly, helpful, and had great communication.

A week in Venice
Pro: Gianfranco was a great host and person.The communucation with him was easy. The apartment was nice. Completely in the spirit of Venice. Only one floor to climb with the suitcases. 30min walking distance to the main sights and 5min to the vaporetto stop Guglie. Working fridge, laundry machine, 2 air con and dish washer.We had a perfect week in Venice. Thanks Gianfranco! ❤️

Summer in Venice
Pro: The owner was able to meet us at the train station and guide us to the property. While googlemaps had made the navigating of Venice easier, having a guide for the first time definitely helps. The property was spacious for the 4 of us, and the washer was needed during this summer's heat wave..
Contro: Some minor points to be aware of: - plan your walking - it will take around 30 minutes (plus some if you are prone to getting lost) to get to the San Marco area - the corridor from the front door to the main door can be dark at night until the motion sensor kicks in - have the light on your phone ready - if you intend to cook a lot - be aware that the kitchen has gas burners but no oven... not really a problem as we mainly used it for breakfast

Lovely, comfortable home with beautiful canal views
Pro: Location was great. Away from the busy tourist area, right on a canal. Lovely, comfortable home we loved staying here.
Contro: Only suggestion would be extra pillows for the beds.

Overall extremely comfortable - we didn’t want to leave!
Pro: Beautifully decorated, very spacious apartment. There were 6 of us, and we felt very comfortable and not cramped. All beds and sofa bed were comfortable, we stayed in May so it wasn’t hot or cold. There were plenty of mirrors (important for a big group of girls!) and lighting was excellent. The host was extremely easy to deal with, very communicative, helpful and friendly. Met us at the apartment and explained everything, even included some recommendations about restaurants.
