Pro: 25 min walk to San Marco, 1 min to Accademia vaporetto. Great location, good accommodation, clean, kitchen area with all you need.

Pro: The location and coziness of apartement is super sweet. No fancy words are needed !

Pro: The location was convenient for going to tourist attractions as there was a dock right next to it. It was nice that the air conditioner worked well, and there were no bugs, so it was a clean accommodation. The kitchen was clean and the accommodation was well-equipped.

Contro: Because the bathroom floor height was low, my friend (172cm) had a bit of trouble every time she washed, but I (162cm) was able to wash comfortably without any problems. However, this part can be confirmed in advance by looking at other reviews, and it may be acceptable.

Pro: Location was great and easy to find with the directions from the host. Perfect amount of space for me and enough facilities that I was comfortable to stay in and relax in the lounge area when needed.

Contro: I had no issues. But if you are tall this property won’t suit you. I could stand in the bed loft and bathroom but I am 159cm tall. Anyone taller would have to hunch over in these areas. Just something to be aware of.

Pro: Location was great, easy to get to and walk around Venice.

Quaint apartment but not if you struggle in small places.

Pro: Very cute apartment. Excellent location. Comfy mattress. Loved the view of the canal out of both windows. Would stay here again. The apartment is behind the Louis Da Vinci museum. This square has a nice vibe to it. Also, you can take a left under the buildings to reach Rialto bridge and St Marc's etc via the famous wooden bridge. Or, go to the right, over a bridge and a little further to find a square of bars and restaurants. It's only 10 mins to Piazza Roma where the buses are. There's also a water taxi stop literally at the bottom of the street the apartment is on.

Contro: Avoid if you have a back problem. It's a maisonette style flat with sleeping area above the living area. You can't stand up in the bedroom/ bathroom unless below 5ft tall. My partner looked like Gandolf in a hobbit house lol. Sitting down on a stool for a shower was surprisingly enjoyable, but it was difficult being bent over washing teeth, face and pulling trousers up etc. I questioned this having read other reviews and was told at 5'9, I'd be ok. Definitely not. You will have to bend. We got dressed downstairs. We got a duvet, but no duvet cover. This bothered me as not as soft or fresh, but unsure if this is a cultural thing.

Authentic Venice room with a view

Pro: Perfect location very close to the vaporetto. Lots of restaurants nearby… easy to walk to major locations but outside the very busy San Marco area. More authentic feel. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in. Check in and out were easy

Contro: WiFi was advertised but did not work the entire time even after reporting issue. No tv but not that big of a deal except there was no WiFi either. Bed and bathroom not full height. Ceilings are about 5’7, my husband and I are 5’10 and 6 ft respectively. We were made aware of height after we booked but made it work, there is a shower chair and we just dressed downstairs. So not a deal breaker. Lack of instructions from host on some issues

Fantastische Lage, nette Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Nur für sehr kleine Menschen und einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet.

Pro: Total tolle Lage im weniger touristischen Viertel Dorsoduro. Ein tolles Café zum Frühstücken gleich um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft war interessant mit der kleinen Küche, dem Sofa und dem Hochbett. Sehr geräumige Schränke. Und eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung 😊

Contro: Das Bad ist nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt ein Spiegel und Menschen über 1,60 m Größe können nicht stehen. Wenn man das Kabel des Routers durch einen eigenen ersetzt, läuft das WLAN sehr gut.

Pro: Emplacement très bien situé, mais équipement de l'appartement insuffisant. Notamment la douche, impraticable car située dans un lieu très bas de plafond.... Manque d information sur le lieu de l appartement à notre arrivée (environ 22 h)

Pro: Ein venezianischer Stil, trotz der kleinen Fläche genug Raum für alles, tolle Lage. Das Bad und das Schlafzimmer ist niedrig, aber für meine Größe war's in Ordnung, sogar witzig.
