Pro: Direi tutto, proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, appartamento molto pulito, ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario.

Contro: Niente.

Pro: Struttura funzionale in ottima posizione per facilitare gli spostamenti. Costantino è stato molto disponibile e i consigli e le informazioni fornite sono risultate molto utili e precise.

Lovely stay away from the hords of tourists

Pro: Fantastic location and so easily accessible. The apartment had everything you need, the bed is very comfortable. We loved the island and the views from it - and there are no masses of tourists here. Costantino is very nice and always very helpful. I definitely recommend Costantino's place!

Real Venice Apartment is in a peaceful location and in gorgeous Venician neighborhood which made our stay!

Pro: We enjoyed our stay at Constantino’s apartment very much. It’s located on the island of Giudecca which is where more locals live and there is substantially less tourist which we loved. It is also very easy to get to the main island of Venice with a water taxi that takes 10 minutes and are very frequent. Constantino was also kind in communication and made a point of insisting that we reach out with any questions.

Contro: The only thing we didn’t like was that our stay wasn’t long enough!!

Tranquility and comfort in a perfectly located apartment

Pro: The location of this lovely flat is perfect, with easy access to not only San Marco but also the Lido and other islands on the lagoon, as well as the airport. Shops, bars and restaurants are all a few minutes walk away, and the flat has everything you could need. AC is good and there's a fan in the kitchen, and all the rooms are a nice size and very comfortable. Good bed too! And Constantino was the perfect host, giving us travel advice before we arrived and coming to meet us at the vaporetto stop (two minutes away from the flat), also recommending restaurants etc.

Contro: Honestly, there was nothing to fault!

Paradise

Pro: I really loved this apartment. The owner is very kind and helpful, the island is very calm and filled with local people which is very different from around St Marc’s square. The island is really beautiful. It’s a very nice place for those who love cooking.

Contro: Everything is perfect but if I could have boiling machine to make some tea (which seems quite rare in Italy but very common in Japan) it would be much better.

A couple travelling

Pro: The apartment had a very friendly owner who was easily reachable for any questions. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was good, and we were happy for having a laundry machine. It was nice that there were some basic foods and oils and herbs available for cooking + cold drinks in the fridge. The location was nice , it was outside of the main island, so it was a bit calmer there, but the main island was quickly reachable by waterbus.

Contro: The gas stove in the kitchen can be a bit complicated to use. The isolation isn't that good, so you can hear quite a lot of noise from the neighbours. Early check out already at 10.

Pro: Emplacement 10mn de la place St Marc en vaporetto, un réel plaisir ! Quartier désuet mais super calme+++ Literie confortable, clim réversible Vaisselles+++ grill pain mais cafetière italienne pensez donc à acheter du café moulu. Appartement simple efficace,propre avec wifi & balcon Bonne Communication avec Titta.

Contro: Préciser : 2 étages sans ascenseur Bien demander si besoin de 2 lits, je n'ai pas eu cette présence d'esprit...mais en -2h c'était réglé. Penser à allumer la chaudière a gaz bruyante mais eau chaude et chauffage rapidement Sinon tutti va bene 👍
