The accommodation is just perfect!!! Also the communication with the owner was very good. Strongly recommended

Pro: With a group of 5 it was a perfect apartement. It took us around 20 minutes to walk from the train station. An apartement in etages on the top floor. Good information in beforehand and during the stay around practical information. Nice window views of Venice's roof tops and a canal when looking down. Having one of the bedrooms under the roof I could wake up listening to the birds and a town that started the day. We had a great time in Venice with the help of this apartement.

Perfect size for a family of 5 in a very convenient location.

Pro: Very easy to access the keys and use the lock box for going out and about. Felt very secure.

Contro: Nothing, it was perfect!

Great experience at Well Venice

Pro: The apartment is super spacious and comfortable. It is recycled in a very functional and warm way at the same time. It is very well equipped, with every detail in its proper place. It is located 20 min. walking distance from Piazza San Marco, an optimal distance that allows you to see many icons of Venice along the way.

Very enjoyable, the stairs were only an issue 1st day and last day, the unit is a great size

Pro: The location was quite good, not far away from restaurants & Coffee shops

Contro: The amount of stairs, but you have to remember where you are and the age of the buildings

Perfect in every way if you don’t have a small child! I would be back in a flash if I was childless.

Pro: The property was stunning ! Christina had thought of everything we could need. She provided a cot for our toddler. Everything was clean. Location was fantastic. Nice quiet area half way between train and main attractions. Christina was very helpful as we had a lot of questions.

Contro: The property isn’t ideal if you have a toddler and a lot of luggage as we did . We struggled to get up 3 flights of long stairs and keep the toddler quiet as the neighbours got a little upset with the noise on the way in with all our things. Was all good after we apologised but hard to keep a little one still and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it had everything we needed and would highly recommend it.

Pro: Beautiful, modern apartment in central Venice. Easy access to everything. Very clean and comfortable, with flexible sleeping arrangements for four adults and one teenager. The host was excellent in communicating with us. It was one of our favourite apartments to stay in, on our European holiday so far.

Contro: Be mindful that you need to carry bags up to the third floor. It was not a problem for us but might be hard for some. Also there are a couple of low beams that tall people need to be careful not to hit their heads on. Again not a problem just a note to be aware of.
